She exasperatedly mentioned trying to cram a bunch of appointments in tomorrow. She hasn't been to have her wound dressing changed in three or four days now, right? It's supposed to be every other day. Hanging out in a hotel room with James was more important, though. I wonder if she messed with the wound by driving to Cornwall and back, not to mention walking down all those hallways. She has probably put off her INR appointment again too. You'd think with a huge gaping wound in your torso you'd make sure you go to your doctor's appointments. Food is literally the only priority in her life. I'm sure those two bags of chips were worth being fat for though.

I'm not sure how they do things in canada, but in the US nurses painstakingly teach wound care to patients that have dressings, need to pack/unpack wounds etc. So that they dont need to keep coming back to a professional to do it. It's not hard to learn how to do these things, especially simply changing a dressing. BUT Chantard probably cant reach the wound to change it and bibi cant be fucked to do it.

In conclusion, Chantard cannot reach her wound or is too stupid to learn how, and bibi gives zero shits about her from her festering wound to her sleepover with peetz. Chantal is alone, miserable, fat and I would not have sex with her.

She's been made to attend a wound care clinic daily since she's well past the point of being trusted to care for it herself.

The dizziness and general feeling of being 'unwell' is 100% related to high blood pressure. I guarantee this bitch is hitting 160/100 on the meter minimum. That's approaching hypertension area and dizziness is a common symptom.

We have had the inevitable quitting, now we just need the chimpout and fast food mukbang and the circle is complete. You can do it Chinny!

Her docs should have her on hormone patches since they likely took out her ovaries due to the cysts.
If I were an ob/gyn or menopause specialist, I would be very afraid to put Chantal on HRT. Just the estrogen patches increase stroke risk by one third for healthy women. Chantal had those clots in her lungs and was on blood thinners. On estrogen she'd probably stroke out within hours of putting it on (and let's all imagine Chantal trying to figure out what part of her torso constitutes her waist so that she can affix an estrogen path below it, or beneath it).

Every single thing a doctor does to help her runs the risk of exacerbating something else or it will be negated by her current size. No estrogen could mean osteoporosis, but then again women her size develop bone loss sooner than fit counterparts, so what's the use? Testosterone could increase her blood pressure but she weighs over 400 pounds so it's not like she's not already hypertensive. But without it her sex drive decreases as well as her desire to exercise, but being a behemoth already killed all that shit off. Both could help her fight hot flashes and other unpleasant though non-fatal side effects of hormone loss, but she's probably nauseated, dizzy, in cold then hot sweats ten minutes after each meal she crams into herself. It's very hard to see any doctor seeing the upside of any sort of medical intervention short of spraying water on her if she walks into Cheese Emerg while on fire.

Surgical menopause is really not that bad compared to the dangers of estrogen supplementation which can also include cancer. Most side effects disappear pretty quickly. The worst part is a sugar craving, but it’s easily handled with strawberries and fruits. Weight training, calcium supplementation and drugs like Boniva can help with osteoporosis, which is usually seen in thin women anyway so shouldn’t be an issue for her. Loss of sex drive can be helped with an estrogen cream If not a cancer risk, which she isn’t, but I don’t think she really had a sex drive. Her drive was to be seen as desirable. Fail.

Chantel has so many problems at this point I doubt she can tell what causes what. It’s all running together. Something tells me any cravings she has will be soothed by Ben and Jerry’s with a side of cheese. Menopause can cause fat build up in the belly, but nobody has to get fat, it’s still caused by eating. Chantel though-how big can it get? And hot flashes will be played up to cartoonish levels. Maybe at her size they might be uncomfortable-she had a lot of estrogen stored in her body fat to dissipate and she can’t easily shower away sweat. Dizziness isn’t normally a symptom so who knows?

I’m guessing she’ll be back with a lipstick review and medical complaints, and Daily Chantel won’t mention food.

But she’ll eat the lipstick off-camera

i forgot about her blood clot issues. I agree that going into instant surgical menopause isnt bad. I had a complete hyst at around 30 yo and never took hormones, never had hot flashes and actually i lost weight but i wasnt overweight to begin with.

She had pcos though which causes weight gain so the hysterectomy should help her lose weight. But this is chantal so i have little hope she will lose weight, short of having her mouth wired shut or being in a 24/7 facility. She will great every issue eating more and living in denial.

She had large ovarian cysts which were removed, not polycystic ovaries. Maybe I'm misremembering but she did try trotting out the word pcos some long time ago (?) but she also walked it back iirc. A lot of people think the terms mean the same thing, and Chantal may have done that for a while.

i wondered about the validity of her pcos claim. Usually pcos come with and abundance of sudden hair growth in many places. With chinnys thin hair, i was curious about that. Although some women have thinning hair due to it, all the ones i have known exhibited thick hair growth.

She lies so much it is hard to keep track.

PCOS symptoms include male pattern baldness (head), and hirsutism (thick body and facial hair). It's possible to have both at the same time.

Correct me but isn't she still "bathing" herself with wet wipes at this point, she's not actually showering or bathing, since November? I don't know why calling her filthy is such a stretch, honestly.
She had staples put in, correct? You are told that you can usually shower a few days after your surgery. Even if her incisions were in complicated spots where the skin compresses and folds on itself (knowing her it's her entire gunt) she would have been instructed on how she can cover the wound with plastic wrap and tape to minimize exposer while in the shower. Her incision as a reason to not bathe is a slovenly and typical excuse for this greasy, disgusting sow.

Let’s keep it civil guys.
Well, Chantel, I mean Ferret, it’s pretty hard to prove an emotion. All we have to go by is years of her tee heeing about never wanting kids, saying she dislikes them, hating moms, saying that if this surgery ruined her relationship because of not being able to have them it’s ok (tee hee). Not to mention that she had huge cysts covering her ovaries and damaging her fertility in the years before the surgery and didn't caring enough to fix-she even pretended she was seeing a gynecologist oncologist (a specialty she made up.). Women who may want kids down the line don’t ignore these things. .Oh, and she’d lived with a man who said he wanted five kids and saying repeatedly she didn’t. And, she was fine with it all until she read a forum where others were complaining About being in mourning, a word she liked, and she decided that may be a fine way for her to get the attention she craves. Still, it came down to one line in a post full of excuses.

We also have years and years of lies, and hundreds of examples of her saying things on the spur of the moment that she didn’t mean.

So while we don’t have a lie detector hooked up to her when she says something, we have years of circumstantial “proof.” We don’t say Chantel lies for no reason. She never cared about having kids and still doesn’t.
She didn't make up the specialty of gynecology-oncology, dumbass. I loathe her but if you're going to criticize someone, you better come correct.

I think Barbarella was referring to the spelling of “Gynecology oncology” as she had put quotations around it. It’s gynecological oncology, of course. It’s pretty important and well represented at regional healthcare centers so I’m sure she’s aware.

I guess Chinny is no longer concerned with all those leafy greens/vitamin K? Any excuse to drop hundreds of dollars on a new kitchen gadget for this dainty gorl!
This bitch. She has to closely monitor her vitamin K levels and she's yapping about spinach and kale; two of the highest veggies in vitamin K. Sure hopes she's keeping up with her INR; but I guess I shouldn't worry. That vitamix will be churning up ice cream shakes in no time.

P/L: even 1/4 cup of spinach 3-4 days prior to a test screws up my INR up to a half a point.

Chantal could not have picked a worse diet for her insulin resistance. I can only imagine what a Dr or Nutritionist would say about this latest farce.
One of the worse things a pre-diabetic can do(or anyone else for that matter) is ride the sugar carousel. You do not want your blood sugar to be spiking then bottoming out. The continuous up and down is a sure way to pancreatic fatigue. You want your B.S. to remain as level as possible, and sugar/fructose does just the opposite. You want a food that would encourage a long, slow release. Protein is perfect for that, in fact if you do need to bring your B.S up, you take some orange juice to bring it up quickly, but so it doesn't just as quickly crash, something like a spoon of peanut butter or a bit of tuna on a cracker is suggested. Gee, what are the chances that Chantal will be taking her blood sugar readings while she is on this diet? What are the chances that Chantal has consulted a Dr about her diet plan? What are the chances that Chantal will win American Idol this year? Fucking zero, that's what the chances are.
Not only is this fruit diet not medically healthy, fruit will not make Chantal feel full, so once again, she sets herself up for failure. Which I have to guess at this point, is the whole plan, fail as quickly as possible so she can aiet what she wants.

Edit: And what is this happy horseshit about having such a "delicate digestive system"? We've seen the garbage you eat.

Edit to add:

Did anyone grab the Fruit lecture before she deleted it? It was after the grocery haul. I think from now on I'll get the videos right when I see them or they might be gone before I'm done downloading. lol

If she is so real, raw and transparent with us, why isn't she showing the cute matching pink and white rag on a stick that goes with twat wash? She will need it.
Yes, here it is from page 1781

well with chinny having a wound that wont heal, she likely had to take some antibiotics. Being on a long term dose of them can cause yeast issues. It also pairs nicely with massive sugar consumption and diabetes. So I imagine that chinny is one massive yeasty beasty at this point. Hmm, Yeasty Beasty sounds like a great new name for channel as well.

"Yeast overgrowth is the main reason for chronic yeast infections. The main cause of it is because of eating too much sugar. This produces not only diabetes, but also candida infections. If you experience repetitive candida outbreaks, a good advice will be to check the levels of glucose from your blood.

Diabetes is not the only cause of systemic yeast infection, off course. However, a high level of sugar consumption does trigger yeast infections. Sugar feeds the yeast in your body, the same as yeast type foods and carbohydrates.

If you sufferer from diabetes, you will experience a constant battle with candida outbreaks. In more advanced stages, you can experience not only vaginal yeast infections or thrush, but also symptoms like chronic fatigues, loss of memory, knees and joint pains, body rashes, intestinal problems like diarrhea and constipation, dizziness, and in general a bad state of health."

Those marks could be a lot of things, but my first guess? The beginnings of diabetic dermopathy.
