I think he's just pulling shit out of thin air, knowing they would cite to the unsworn declarations in the second amended petition for the appeal and then trying to say they're citing the affidavits. The SAP appears to be part of the record and was never struck, so that's fair for them to do, you dumb, bald fucktard. In short, he's just saying things everyone knows they'll be doing and then acting like he has insider knowledge. If he did have it, he'd have put up a snippet form it to show it.

EDIT:

Looks like the troon that called for people to attack Vic has privated it's Twitter account. So much for being able to take the heat, huh?

Lemoine even wrote ex parte letters to Chupp asking him to strike the second amended petition, and it was ignored. Which means it’s still in the record, but Chupp just didn’t consider it for his final ruling.

I can't wait to see the usual Lawtwitter spergs come to this thread to try and argue why it's the worst thing ever soon and we get another 20-30 pages of going in circles over the same arguments.

Wondering why any of you folks are expecting anything different from T. Greg and Insane Cunt depending on how appeals go.

Their responses have always been the same:
Vic's team does well: "I'm ®etarded!"

T. Gregg opens his eyes in the morning: "Am I still ®etarded? Yeah I'm ®etarded! I'm ®etarded!!!!"

We should have created a "pundit tracker" thread so we can compare claims to how many times they were correct.

Then we can just tell people they have a 5% rate of being correct.

The trouble with that is volume of claims. It would take a team of hundreds working 16 hour days to make that accurate.

What's weird to me is that Hero is typically a masculine name. Even the word "hero" is associated with males, so I dunno why Sabat would name his daughter that unless he wants her to troon out.
