So which is it Chinny? Did Charlie weigh 400 lbs and get down to 310? Or is there no proof she lost weight?

Girl is just to dim to make sense. And this is why the laughs will continue. Here a good idea for her cooking show: Place a morbidly obese woman with anger issues and a low IQ, stir in a big dollop of narcissism and mix with delusions of grandeur, sprinkle with some victimhood and a lot of selfishness, and you get a recipe for a Chantel.
