This is probably the terrace home. I doubt Peetz would go for it — they don’t call it Farrhaven for nothing. Is Peetz gonna sit on an OCTranspo bus for two hours every day so Chantal can have en suite laundry? Doubtful.

Also I’m curious whether Chantal maintains her Ontario health card (and drivers license) while living in Gatineau (which is in Quebec) or if she switched to RAMQ. There’s only one hospital in Gatineau and I doubt she’s going there for her cheese emergencies, but I also don’t think she’d drive to an Ottawa hospital and pay out of pocket. Does anyone know if the Ottawa hospitals take (except Montfort which does)?

Oh my god I could sperg about that video for an hour but will try to keep it brief. As far as her health insurance, she’s shown her instructions for her surgery before, and they were from the Ottawa hospital, so still Ontario health care. I’m not sure how you maintain it or switch or if she’s scamming with her mom’s address or something.

That particular ad specifies “no pets”, but the terrace homes in the suburbs all look like that, so that’s her “dream home” she’s talking about as though she’s moving in next week. It could be any suburb - Orleans seems like the best location for Peetz’s job, but like Chantal gives a shit about the length of his commute. It’s all about the nice background for her videos.

I was laughing my ass off when she was talking about it, though. Ottawa, like most major cities right now, has an affordable housing shortage, and nice, reasonably priced private rentals like this one are in short supply and high demand. So what does Chantal do? Book a viewing for FIVE days from now. They probably have at least a dozen showings before then, and that’s from actually desirable tenants, likely couples both with government jobs and stellar references and credit, and their last month’s rent on hand to reserve it if necessary. But Chantal...thinks she deserves it not because she has worked hard to improve her financial situation and appeal as a prospective tenant, but because she’s ALWAYS lived in high rises and I guess has done her time.

I thought Jude Valentin was delusional with her expectation of a single family home in Brooklyn on no income, but at least she had the excuse of being young and naive enough to have such a ridiculous level of entitlement.

Even if some of these are real, she will never get actual help for them. She doesn't want to. If she does, she won't be able to use them as excuses for the rest of her life to avoid getting a job or even being a decent human being in general. Just like the way she stood up her friend on New Year's (anxiety/depression) and the way she snapped at the rental agent lady (physical problems brought on by food addiction). Notice she never expresses genuine regret or guilt for these type of incidents. It's always "I can't help it. They just don't understand what I'M going through!"

Basically, she is a garbage person and will never change. She will only get worse with age. Being a victim is her identity at the end of the day.

Even if there was room, I wouldn't have included them. They change with the tides, for one thing, and they're also completely meaningless. She's always blaming everything on something else and nothing can be her fault, and because she's a stupid bitch who doesn't realise that BED and other disorders describe behaviour instead of causing it, she sometimes decides that the evil entity forcing her to choose to eat Arby's is her mentuls.

Further, having a list of them is pointless. Do you think she keeps a list in her head? This is a woman who won't admit in the afternoon to something she said in the morning. Next week she effectively won't even remember the PTSD claim, unless and until it becomes expedient again. We have kept ledgers of her "diagnoses", but she just pulls them out of her ass whenever something can't be her fault and something diagnosable is a good scapegoat.

Lastly, I think I covered in more than sufficient detail in the OP her little habit of being slightly dishonest; anybody who reads the OP isn't going to believe her claims, and if they don't read the OP then they can get Dumb ratings and fuck off.
