I bring this one up all the time but I've yet to have someone explain to me how Trump is both Putin's bestest friend and also the person who allowed U.S. forces to inflict 100% casualties on Russian mercenaries at Deir Ez-Zor. It was the biggest military defeat that the United States has ever inflicted on Russia. 40 Americans stood their ground, and they took no injuries and no casualties, but the entirety of the Russian-led Mobile Detachment Combat Group (MDCG) was either killed or wounded.
I know that Russia loves to say that the mercenaries "had nothing to do with Russia" but anyone who knows anything about Russia knows that's a lie. Russia loves to rip the the patches off their soldiers and send them in as "mercenaries" to do whatever Russia wants them to do, and then if people get pissy Russia just goes, "Oh they're not ours!" but back when the media was worth at least a tiny fraction of a shit, they attributed these mercenaries as being under the command of Yevgeny Prigozhin, a Russian oligarch who's particularly friendly with Putin.
That didn't happen at Deir Ez-Zor. One tank and one wheeled vehicle survived. Everything and everyone else was blown apart so badly that the "mercenaries" started bitching about the defeat as "completely humiliating." Nowadays I guess all that gets swept under the rug because it's time for Russia 2. Even though it doesn't make a fucking lick of sense and Mueller/every single politician on the planet has had four years to prove it, and every single one of them has turned up completely empty-handed.

They're already shrieking about restarting impeachment proceedings. At this point I'm just in stunned disbelief. At first it was like "haha these people are super mad their queen slay yasser arafat isnt elected", then it slowly became "wow this level of separation from reality from these people foaming at the mouth insisting literal death squads are rounding up faggots is weird", then it's slowly devolved to "they've been screaming for impeachment literally since his first day in office, it's no surprise they followed through", finally to "holy shit these people are literally mentally insane, foaming at the mouth, ramming vehicles into voter registration booths, shooting up softball team practices, the whole 9 yards actual no shit mentally broken psychopath shit".

Honestly considering the fact that the Dems have blamed the Russians for almost everything for the past four years and the fact that you have dem leaders calling for war with Russia it would make sense that they like Trump more. When it was Trump V Hillary it made sense since Hillary said she would respond to the Russians interference with physical force. I'm not trying to say they are rigging the election or are doing anything past buying less than 100K of facebook ads Russia has been the scapegoat for more than 4 years now. Think about it if you had to choose between the guy giving you a bloody nose and the guy threatening to gut you, which would you pick?
Will put Pence in charge of that, I think that may be why Trump picked him as a VP

I mean it does kind of make sense the Russians would wan't a second Trump term. Geopolitically speaking, its unlikely the US and Russia will ever be allies or close friends, we will always stand as rivals and/or competitors to some degree. But that doesn't mean all geopolitical opposition is of the same mental standing.

It's going to be hilarious when their own ceaseless whining about phantom Russian voters ushers in voter ID and other anti-election-tampering reforms that they have been blockading for years so that illegals and felons can still vote "D" in just enough numbers to swing close elections.
