I'll never quite grasp these home birth fanatics. Giving birth can be dangerous, to both mother and child, you would think a person doing it would want the option of having help and emergency support close by, even if you don't need it and everything thing goes perfect.

My grandmother told me it was usually in the bedroom, which to me is one of the more disgusting I've heard. Mind you, she came from a large family so there was a lot of people around to help and many who were experienced midwives so when her and her brothers and sisters were born there weren't any issues, and they came from a tiny ass village where there weren't doctors so there was a reason.
