Someone mentioned they wanted to use the last Thumb for a wallpaper, so I made wallpapers.

I tried to upload them in a .zip file but it's not working, so here they are-

Quick Note on the HDR and OLED pictures- If your display isn't HDR600, HDR1000, or OLED; stick with the standard images, or they'll appear too dark.

Nope. I'm not a perfectionist, but I don't half-ass anything. There was a kiwi who asked if I could make a thumb for him not long ago- I was thinking it was going to be like a semi-serious, semi-memetic thing and started sketching something way more elaborate than what he actually needed. I stopped when we both realized that and clarified what it was being used for, and gave him something closer to what he wanted. But it's kinda that funny aspect of what I do.

This sketch is just outlining and pre line-corrections, the idea was it'll be stained glass, emulating those older medieval murals.

Arent we? What is 'organized crime' if not a bunch of people conspiring to commit illegal acts under a set of guiding principles?
I would argue there is little to no "organization structure, what organized crime implies is stuff like the Mafia, The Mob, The Yakuza, etc. Organized crime structure requires essentially people in the higher up have very fine or accurate control of the lower "chess pieces"

Generally yes. However we are also dealing with companies with 8 figures of value, not counting Sony. Is it really a stretch to think that in a world where you can hire someone to off your 'annoyance' for a few hundred bucks, that companies or certain people in them wouldn't result to extortion/racketeering/strongarming to keep their money, power and control intact?

You don't need a bunch of Italians in suits or a bunch of gang bangers to qualify is 'organized crime'.

Man, I remember when Space Dandy first came out, and how I was so pleased with the series that it was one of the first new copies I bought in ages fresh from college. I never got the second season, though, so I decided "Fuck it, I'm going to buy it tonight." Well I can't find a separate DVD, but there's a complete series Blu-Ray + DVD available, so sure, I'll get that. 36 bucks (plus tax) from the retail 40 (I think) is pretty good.

But wait. Funimation are being a bunch of fuckasses, so they don't deserve my money anymore. I dunno how much of the revenue goes to Funimation's pockets through Amazon, but meh. So guess what?

I'm more than willing to pay fifteen dollars more for used than just buying new, and I'm a fucking cheapskate. This is how much you fucked up, Funimation. I'm supporting thrift stores over you I mean, I have for years even though they're a grabbag, and it's no longer due to being cheap. And since I'm being generous, I'm donating the amount of money that could've gone to buying a new copy of Space Dandy to the GFM, of which it's been almost a year since I last did, and bumping it to a nice round number of $275,800.

No, I don't doubt that. I was more so thinking from the opposite end of the spectrum here, the ones' facing funi/sony in this.

I'm looking at the 'organized crime' bit literally. Meaning, this shit is absolutely organized and crimes are being committed as a direct result. Now I don't think there is some 'Godfaather' sitting in a nice restaurant divying up hiz boyz to start shaking down blocks of city territory, But there is sure as hell people selecting targets to extort/control in the "Nice business yous got there...be a shame is sumtin' wuz ta happin to it" sense. And it is sure as hell organized because we have seen them do it in realtime on Twitter/chatrooms etc. Plus the Ronnie phone calls etcetc.

I am of the belief that while the RICO OR RICO RELATED laws havent YET been used, that I know of no reason why they SHOULDN'T be. The whole cancel culture is deep into a lot of illegal activity with laws already on the books to address them. Just because it's online' does not mean they can't apply.

At least, thats how I see it. Right or wrong.

We've been blue balled by the drex
I mean on the one hand blueballed, on the other it's Drexel, and Drexel I've seen hasn't put in a dull performance with him being on stream.

Even then, the higher levels of KV have plausible deniability, so nothing of value would come of a RICO complaint.

The only celebs I can think of that get a pass on this are Robin Williams (Zelda) and Kate Bush (Bertie although I believe his actual name is Albert. He's cute and actually talented)

Zelda’s a real name, he gets a pass even if he did name her after a video game princess.

Eh, that’s disappointing.

Again, it doesn't have to be a full bore RICO action. And people with plausible deniability go to prison for years every day. Thats what the investigations are for. And to date, there hasn't been any complaints filed with the FTC or whoever, but there have been a lot of people/groups threatening and making very illegal moves.

So far, Vic, Yaboi Zak and Jeremy Hambly have sued. Jeremy won, the other two are in progress. So there IS enough for the feds to look at and see that yes, there is something afoot here.

Your passion, rage, and righteously spiteful need to mete out retribution is inspiring (and humbling).
I feel ya. I've supported them a long time.

I didn't expect the used copies to be more expensive than buying new, that's what was the most amusing to me. Warms the cockles of my heart to know these thrift stores were going to turn a better profit than Funimation over it.

Pioneer and Bandai's deaths hit us harder than expected. At least Sentai Filmworks and Discord Media (Mike Toole fuckery-aside) still deliver. #FuckFuni

Are they out of print already?
