Believe me those ladies (if they exist of course) depending on few factors eather made a complain to the manager or made a point never to come back. Most women especially with kids with them will not risk taking on an obviously unwell man if they can avoid it. That doesn't mean that they won't do whatever is necessary to protect their kids but that's likely come after they got away.

Uterus transplants were tried with Lili Elbe. IIRC the first successful organ transplants weren't until the 50s, but skin grafts were done in the 19th century.
