He's wearing the vest again today
I genuinely don’t know what to say. This is so sad on so many levels I’m speechless. It’s like an animal being rewarded for doing something right and trying to do it again immediately after. People responded positively to something he did so the only sparks that went off in his head told him to just do it again.

I swear cavemen had more developed brains than this dude.

That's just what he does. In his gameplay and commentary he will abuse any sort of tactic that works at the time. He says what he thinks is a funny joke and just repeats it. It's a damn shame it gets rewarded because he hasn't grown as a person, at all(I'm a mature adult and changed bullshit he spews. No you didn't)
He is still repeating the same jokes from his original Grand Theft Auto 4 playthrough to his ridiculous "redemption" run.

Also the fact he still has that ugly tacky vest 10 years later is a bit sad. He dresses like his mom still buys him clothes and he just looks like an idiot.

During the Retrospective (After he watched his cringe Christmas video) he had a small breakdown over how the copyright strikes caused his viewership to tank, and even though he "listened to people telling him that the video was too negative" he got less views later on, making something more positive
He has a very peculiar relationship with viewer feedback. If it instantly results in him making progress in a game, or gets him money, you'll get prayer hands and he'll latch on to it, saying things like "Thank God I did X, can you imagine if I DIDN'T?" Later on your idea becomes his idea and you'll never be credited again.
If your feedback doesn't result in instant success he'll hold a grudge against you forever, insulting your intelligence and wonder why you even bothered talking to him.
Reminds me of the whole "Human Milk" thing. He ran that joke into the ground lightning quick.

dsp is extra salty today playing minecraft, might be nervous about his court date in 10 days

edit: and he's also already brainstorming what the top contributor can ask him to make in animal crossing

edit2: now he's lost and can't find his mob grinder and his cam was covering the co-ordinates

near 2 hours and zero progress but it's the dev's fault lul

CuckCuckVera is continuing to give him detailed guide yet Phil is still failing to find things

Cuckcuckvera wrote a message in chat during the time Phil is idling waiting for a turtle to spawn but he chose to ignore it until, after 4 minutes, Cuckcuckvera said the
SAME MESSAGE attached to a 50 bit cheer, then Phil instantly responded to it

Phil's answer:

"Um NO, that is ridiculous that you say that,it's my money"

We're nearing the time when Phil has to admit he's taking 5 March off. He has to in the next couple days.

"Guys, just a reminder that I have to take Thursday off for some personal appointments. So please consider tipping me today because boy, I'm going to really take a hit missing that day, and I'm just trying to make ends meet."

Is it absolutely mandatory that the applicant attend court? He might be looking for ways out of it. His lawyer might be able to appear without him, or seek leave for him to not appear for some reason. For example if there were a medical reason that the lawyer could explain to the court.

Still if he wants his application to succeed then he'd better rock up.

if he doesn't show up for a good reason, bankruptcy is cancelled and debt collectors can start showing up and begin repossession

Let's be real; the meeting is at 10 am. DSP could start his morning stream at noon and most people wouldn't even notice he was late. So he doesn't "have" to take that day off.

He probably will because of da stress, but he doesn't have to. He could easily stream noon-5 and 7-9.

TBF, it's not a guarantee that his shit will happen at 10. Depends on how backed up the court is. At the very least, he should do his second stream.

These bankruptcy meetings aren't quite so in-and-out. First, his group of meetings probably won't start exactly at 10. There's a large gropu of cases starting at 9 and also at 10. Courts are never prompt, and certainly won't be in a rush with bankruptcy hearings. Plus, they should make Phil sign some shit afterward and he may talk to his lawyer.

It's also a 45 minute drive to the courthouse not accounting for traffic. Phil can't take the highway, he'd obviously die. He'll have to get up at like 8am, this is traumatizing stuff dood.
