Call me crazy but if Stan didn't draft his affidavit (or at least approve of whatever the draft written up by lawyers said) and sign it, I would imagine he would have said something by now. Some sort of public complaint on twitter at least, if not a full blown legal complaint of some sort.

It blows me away sometimes how monumentally stupid these people are. This isn't even a law-based question.

New conspiracy theory is Ty wrote all the affidavits from everyone and none were drafted by the person themselves.

LMFAO, such free stupid entertainment from these embarrassing speds.

Look, if these braindead simpletons repeat something long enough, that clearly means its true, right? Doubly so if Baldy McBankrupt retweets it or repeats it in the spednaught.

it's all a lack of intellectual and professional honesty on the part of Lawtwitter. I stand by that if Dunford was able to think on his own--but given how old he is following the pack because he's too weak-willed to be his own man is probably all he knows and you can't teach an old dog new tricks--he's actually be pretty neutral. Hell, he's made a couple of slip-ups when dealing with ISWV until a Lawtwitter 'tard comes in to tell him that's not the position Lawtwitter is taking and to unfuck himself and get with the program. Akiva Cohen has been the same way. They seem like they want to be part of Lawtwitter but they're not part of the inner circle, so they take marching orders, they don't give them.

I mean even if this were true and they weren't drafted by the people themselves (I certainly wouldn't know how to draft a legal affidavit like that so I could see just letting the lawyer do it and giving it the OK afterward, dunno if that's allowed IANAL), if any of them said anything the affiants didn't want to say I'm certain we would have heard something by now.

I vaguely remember hearing Stan get pissed at one point about not being more clear on the affidavit that it didn't happen as opposed to him simply not remembering it, but I don't know if that was real or not. I don't know if maybe that's what started this particular train of thought, but unless Ty forged the signature (which I would, again, highly assume we'd hear Stan complaining about) then it would be Stan's fault for not being clear on the affidavit, yes?

Dumbford really took those tuba remarks to heart. Most of the spednaught peeps took things that Rackets said to them to heart. Now they spend every minute of their life trying to convince us and Nick, that they totes are master trolls and not absolute embarassments. Tuba guy, bankrupt fatso with Voldemort growing on the back of his hat, the fat pitmom, the Geico boong, the Tuberculosis lung larper, the League of exceptional boomers.

You wouldn't bother asking him because you know how ridiculous a theory that is Dunford. You're literally just spouting off bullshit without thinking it through, and if you weren't making it obvious before, you certainly are now.

Akiva Cohen doesn't seem big on taking marching orders and he also seems to have little patience for what he sees as bullshit.

I'd agree with you if you were talking only about the past month; however, before that he was pulling a Dunford, up until I think Ty's complaint against him when I think you can point to him taking a step back and maybe reevaluating what was going on. Maybe he's simply not being as combative because he got slapped on his peepee by the law firm's senior partners, or maybe he's thinking things out logically, I don't know. it does, however, seem like he'll call bullshit out on people like Manjaw, but won't say anything to Doucette. I think it's simply a case of reach with-in his profession, and not wanting to become a target of Lawtwitter.

I guess he doesn't wanna have a falling out with poophat. Having Jawlo as enemy isn't that bad, since everyone can see that she's as insane as they come.

I'm not saying he's a saint, and filing frivolous bar complaints against other attorneys for absolutely nonsensical reasons is unprofessional as hell, but he's not entirely without integrity.
