Let's take this just with face value rather than the more likely scenario of a guy just wanting an exuse to talk about his disgusting fetishize or a immature teenage troll. Luckily for him there are well tested techniques that can minimize if not get rid off unwanted thoughts like these. Note that my advice applies only to situations where you have little to no problem not acting out the thoughts.
When dealing with any unpleasant intrusive thought the main thing to make them disappear is not feed into them. Mainly this means taking as much of emotion away as possible. There are few techniques that vary depending on the topic. One is just making calm observations of your own mental reactions and emotions, this one is great for unwanted disgust. Basically you don't fight your reactions but just let run their natural course witch trains you not reacted emotionally as much. Other is logically following your thoughts on what would happen, this great for over worrying. So basically you just think bad situation, what that would actually entail and what you would do. So insted of blind panic you have a plan. Third that is most appropriate to fetishizes like this one is thinking what the actual reality is and what you really want.
So getting raped fantasies are pretty common but nobody actually wants be raped. Rape by it's very definition is unwanted sex, you can't really want that because then it's not rape. Other hand you can want rough sex, not take responsibility of making decision to have sex or you can want be so highly desired that people commit crime for you. Also more sadly you can have unresolved feelings from getting raped in past and think getting raped again will help figure things out or feel better. You just need to find out your reason. That can on its own result rape fantasies loosing their shine but often you need to then work on resolve the actual issues. Like accepting that you never be that hot because nobody really is (rapists choose their victims more on easy target, looks being more secondary but still playing part) and that's more than fine. Raise your self image with healthy stuff like getting fit and having hobbies. Find something that you passionate about and invest time to that. Seriously nothing is as bad for you as not having enough things to do.

Why in the world a rape crisis center wouldn’t want a troon working directly with victims is beyond me. I've got to say, I'm highly confused by her. She looks like a GNC lesbian/teenage boy, uses a male name and female pronouns, and seems to be an important figure in the UK's "new" radical feminist movement (whatever that may be). She founded the London Feminist Network and revived Reclaim the Night. It's clear that she's a biological woman but it's just so unusual to see a woman like herself pandering to troons.

I remember her being on this programme here called question time alongside sheila jeffries. She's a lesbian academic that studied radical feminism and its history and calls herself a radfem. Guess she's a 'trans inclusive' radical feminist similar to Catherine MacKinnon. The pandering is cringe worthy though, with her being an author and academic I can understand why she wouldn't want to get 'terfed' on twitter.
