Only Dave can hype ''pay my tax filing!'' with his autistic fake fun twitter format.
I know it's getting old but he is no longer paying his credit cards and CTmortgage. This is saving him thousands a month. Where is all that money disappearing to? Why does he need to raise funds to pay his tax attorney/CPA/accountant/detractor who wants cash up front?

if all his detractors vanished, phil would make some up himself

Not even intentionally.

It doesn't matter how many tips, subs, or cheers you've given him in the past. One minor disagreement and you are an enemy of the state. Especially since he demands public apologies for even the smallest of discretions.

he has to keep paying his CT condo fees until the bank officially takes ownership of the property, his own words so possibly full of shit

& he did mention he had to keep paying the mortgage too

he kinda fucked himself over by trying to file before the foreclosure was finished

i'm guessing he also included his CT mortgage and condo fees in his expenses, and I don't want to believe he listed expenses (a huge $2,000+ expense), which he isn't/hasn't been paying or won't be paying, surely he can't be this stupid

and without the CT mortgage, his expenses would disqualify him from chapter 7

this is probably what the huge panic is for, for the first time since April 2019 he has to start paying the CT mortgage to keep with the lies on his bankruptcy application, wouldn't surprise me if he fucked himself over by trying to lie lul

He still has to be coming out ahead since he's not paying his credit cards/personal loans anymore.

Even at 25%, which could be conservative, DSP was paying $2729 per month of INTEREST on his $131K loans. If he's not paying that $3K, and he is paying $1200-1500 for the CT condo, he should still be coming out ahead in the short term.

need to remember he was sporadically paying the minimum, he wasn't paying interest on that much debt, he was just going backwards

I still think his monthly twitch payment is more than enough for his expenses, tips are just gravy for his adult lifestyle, he doesn't want to use his rainy day fund to pay for emergencies when wheelchairs can just throw thousands at him if he begs regularly enough

He's not paying the mortgage, Midfirst wouldn't foreclose if you're still paying. He's paying the khando fees direct to the khando corporation. So no mortgage payment equals loads of disposable munnie

ofcourse he hasn't been paying the mortgage

he listed the mortgage as an expense to qualify for chapter 7, if he doesn't pay the mortgage from after his bankruptcy application, then he has listed a fraudulent expense, and it has been a part of his expenses for 6 months, so he would have to atleast pretend it's a legitimate expense

I knew someone would misunderstand me

The whole application is fraudulent.

just saying he has trapped himself in a web of his own lies, and now has to pay to keep the act up
He'll try to pignose "I make more than that but they didn't ask" for a ch13 and "I can't afford the heat or to feed my cat and horse" for a ch7. Knowing him, he'll try to finesse both into the same sentence

As far as I know, the minimum payment on a credit card at least covers the interest for that month so that you shouldn't be going backwards. You just go forwards very very slowly.

Now, if you aren't paying every month, then yeah, you go backwards.

DSP's explanation that he was "going backwards" only applies since you know he kept charging as much as he could to every card. Also, he lies.

lol @ thinking he can raise 15k overnight.

He'll probably do what he did last year -- set some high goal with the intent of getting speds to throw a few thousand at him, get Momma "Smoke 'Em If You Got 'Em" Burnell to throw a few thousand at him, and hope that the IRS is willing to just tack on the remainder to a new payment plan.
