I loved his art and animations and i liked his voice for some reason So I’m with you there. Their channel Gaming Garbage was really funny too, I didn’t see that channel discussed a whole lot in this thread. Although throughout the series with Lowtax and Shmorky there was always a tension between them, you could tell Lowtax hated his fake voice and Shmorky always got triggered and became passive-aggressive if Lowtax poked fun at some SJW shit.

Sadly, I can't prove that we actually chatted, what we talked about, or the pictures I saw. It's been so long and I didn't save any screenshots at the time.

(I'm using a she pronoun on Sandypants, because I don't know if it was a FTM or MTF case, Sandypants always referred herself as a she when we talked)

I can only say that Sandypants has a really predator personality and I didn't noticed until it was too late. We used to interact at Tegaki a lot, until she added me to MSN.
Somehow with all the Tegaki interactions, I think she developed some feelings for me.

The messages referring to me at her Tegaki weren't numerous, but significant. And she always asked me via MSN if I saw her new post, and if not, she told me to go and see ASAP and reply there, and then tell her what I think about it.

Also, whenever she uploaded a new video at YouTube, she sends me a link to watch it.
I don't know if you guys watched the "cooking by the book" video animated by her and featuring the sheep and the wolf.
I remember when she sent it, she asked me if I knew the song and told me to watch the video carefully and see what the wolf was grabbing with his hand.

She asked me if I felt excited (turned on?) about that.
I could only say that it was really weird and funny (just to not be seen as an unpolite person). And then, she replied that it was a naughty wolf.

Also, there is a self portrait (drawing) of her face in the links of the Tegaki archive that the people from this forum shared.
I saw the original picture (taken by a camera).
She shows it to me and I told her she should draw it at Tegaki, that's why she posted it (or at least that's what I remember).

That picture also makes me doubt that Sandypants and Shmorky are the same person. Maybe I'm wrong, but look at the shape of their heads.
She also says that her head "looks like a pear".

I'm gonna make a small pause here just to clarify, (sorry if this has been already clarified).
The name of the dog that appears in the Sandypants Tegaki comics is "Peaches the puppy".

Now with the story.

As we chatted more, she was acting weirder and weirder every time, asking things like if I liked to pee on my pants or if I would pee on her.
I tried to take it as a joke, but she wasn't joking around.
Then she told me that she was attracted to me, and wanted to do naughty things to me.

I was shocked and said that I'm not into that, but she insisted and started role playing a sexual act, even though I never said I wanted to participate in this.
She just told me to calm down and relax and let her do it.
She continued, but I didn't respond. This was the first time I had an interaction of that kind with a person who was once considered a "friend".

After that I was keeping my distance. And maybe she noticed. In her Tegaki she posted things like "I miss Vorffy" or things like that.
But I wouldn't talk to her the same way again.

Then I saw that she started interacting more with Quietsnooze, because I wasn't responding anymore like I used to. So she had to look for another prey.

You can see in the archive that the interactions with Quietsnooze were clearly sexual and also public, I think she finally got what she wanted.
In one of the images he says "you're my hero". And she responds "and also your predator".

I was feeling sick about all of this so I stopped using Tegaki and also stopped talking to her.

If I had to answer... If Sandypants and Shmorky are different persons, I would say yes, they are different.
But also they share the same kinks (as I can see in the comments). But my opinion may not be complete, because I didn't now about Shmorky and I haven't read much about that case, so I can't have an opinion about it.

Also, if Sandypants is MTF or FTM, I don't know. But she had a character called Andypants that was her "male" version.

Now I gotta go to sleep. It's really late.

This is mostly just personal musings, I don't have anything new to add but I've been following shmork since the flashtub/gaming garbage days and always found them a really interesting person even before they got all tumblr-y. Even through all the allegations, which I'd also like to talk about, I do miss their animations and comics a lot and think that the things that were brought up against them were pretty harsh and unfair, in retrospect. Kind of seemed like a mob mentality thing that was too focused on looking for any reason to take someone down, without stopping for a moment and considering the logic/facts behind what was happening.

I only really have one mildly hostile thing to say, which is probably the only important thing in this entire post, but, on the topic of Shmork taking and hiding medication: lol @ people taking the word of an admitted schizophrenic with medical issues and a drug addiction who was fuelled by an obvious vendetta as something that actually happened. Reading through this thread and the allegations of others online, it's surprising that it was taken so seriously; I've known people like this with similar issues and they'll fabricate events all day long in their favour. It's a common theme with schizophrenics that they'll come up with scenarios in which people are against them and trying to do bad things to them, and this was literally seen with Mandy in her audio with Shmork *and* her chat logs with lowtax, among other things. So why were the other things she was saying so widely accepted?

(Note: I'm not acquainted with nor have anything against Mandy personally, she seems to be doing a lot better nowadays. I am saying though that she had obvious issues in the past which may have pushed her to do/say things that had no base in reality)

Also, considering the recent post, I just wanted to share the sentiment that Shmork is not Sandypants. They were both a similar brand of weird, both into the same weird stuff, but they were not the same person.

On a quiet night a while back I looked through pretty much all of Sandypants' remaining content online; the tegaki posts, her entire twitter timeline, her furaffinity, and her youtube channel among other things, wanting to find some sort of objective link that they were the same person, like a drawing of a klurf on her twitter or elsewhere. Their interests are similar, but Sandypants' footprint online is just far too vast to be a "side character" of Shmorky. There's just no way Shmork would establish a completely different art and animation style, friend circle, way of writing and essentially live a double life just to indulge in some sort of pissy puppy fetish. The videos on her Youtube channel also paint a different sort of personality and humour, one that Shmork would probably find cringe and unfunny a lot of the time. Maybe it's naive to say, but it just seems like Sandypants was some lolsorandom early 20's girl with enough messed up fetishes and a big enough coincidence to end up unfortunately compared to someone else.

I can't say much about the email supposedly from Shmork asking for a voice for a Peaches the Puppy character, but if that e-mail is real then there's a fair chance that it was also just a coincidence and they also used the name Peaches the Puppy, or that Shmork was going to use the audio to make a video or some other sort of content for the actual Sandypants. Artist/animator groups are pretty small, and it was possible they were even friends. (Thus why Shmork had PeachesthePuppy/Sandypants links on his computer etc.)

Finally, as for the chatlogs from carefully, as much as I'd like to there's not really any defending the kind of stuff that was talked about there. I'm actually less surprised about the content of the chatlogs, because honestly it's not much worse than what many artist/furry circles talk about in Discord all day. I don't think Shmork ever wanted to pursue a real-world friendship/relationship with carefully and thus saw them as just a character online where age wasn't necessary, but even though carefully did end up being of age, they're still both pretty dumb for not properly communicating that, especially considering the kind of things they were talking about.

So yeah, just some observations from someone who needs to spend their time better elsewhere. I don't think Shmork will ever come back; At the end of the day the damage has been done and I don't see Shmork as strong-willed enough to want to fight through the inevitable initial backlash/callouts/danger as a result of trying to re-establish themself as an artist/creator, even if in reality the only thing that ever happened was a strange personality and a distasteful poopoo fetish chatlog. It'd be pretty cool if they did though, imo.

I had thought that too when the idea was initially brought up. It seemed simpler to conclude that they were two different people. Who would go through all that trouble? I had even interacted a little bit with Sandypants myself. The idea that Sandypants was Shmorky just blew my mind.

But then @carefully posted about her experiences and I realized that Shmorky is fucking insane and would go through all that trouble.

I also followed shmork for a very long time way back when they were dave the bunny, I thought I knew abt most of his accounts but had never run into the sandypants/peaches stuff. After this all came to light I took a look and it certainly is a hard to tell from some of the art I guess but you only need to look at that "cooking by the book" animation to know that it is VERY clearly shmork. The art style on the other stuff is experimental but the way shmork makes things move has their fingerprints all over it.

Also if someone has a insane kink like diaper play why WOULDNt they create a whole second persona separate from their "professional" one? It doesnt seem that hard to imagine...

The main reason why we would still probably consider Shmorky and Sandypants to be the same is all the suspicious behavior revolving around discoveries made in the thread. Stuff like the "I'm me" claims out of the blue and disappearing altogether afterwards. If it really wasn't you there would be a lot of different ways to tell someone you're not that don't involve acting like a weirdo.

Hey all, I know information has been pretty scarce regarding Shmorky lately, but I wanted to share something that I found rather peculiar.

There's this animator on YouTube going by the name of aimkid. I've seen his videos in my recommended a few times and didn't really think anything of them until watching his latest video. I tried seeing if there's been any mention of him on this thread, but it looks like I'm the first one. It's a total stab in the dark, but his (or their, I guess) art looks strikingly similar to Shmork's. What really started to convince me is his fanimation of Lemon Demon's song "Modify", which adopts the same bolded art style he used for years. I also can't hide the feeling that the fluidity of the animation just reminds me too much of Shmorky's.

I'm not the only one to take notice of this, because much to the ire of the artist, plenty of people have made comparisons to our beloved babyfur creep.



Of course, there is evidence against my theory (aimkid has a Roblox account that has existed for years which is alluded to in his tweets, their twitter account was created in 2011). Dunno, I'm probably just overthinking this a bit too much (even the little things like their tweet style are beginning to remind me of Shmorky's mannerisms), but even so, this person almost certainly took a lot of inspiration from Shmorky.
