I totally agree with this. Ashleigh is obviously real and obviously his wife. They obviously have a baby, and he's not abused just because he cries sometimes. There are so many actual lulz to be had at his expense. The scamming with gofundme is pretty huge and his unique brand of sock puppetry involving sexism, racism and fetishism with asian women is remarkable. We don't need to go fishing for lulz because they naturally abound around Peter.

I don't think anyone mentioned this, but on Sunday, somebody on /cow/ figured out that the woman in "Risa"'s avatar is an actress named Suzu Hirose. Judging by the moiré pattern in the photo, it looks like Peter paused a music video she was in and took a photo of the screen. He lives for the attention. He could have literally saved himself, and his family, months upon months of 'harassment' if he'd just have made these videos/livestreams from the start. Instead, he threw deliberate photoshopped photos and other weird gifs that didn't help him in any way. Like I said, he loves the attention. Not that I'm saying Risa is Peter 100%, I'm just saying, it's not out of the range of possibility.

Last week: Fundraising & twitter shitposting
Last week, Peter made a series of dumb tweets (1 2 3 4) attempting to bait Richard Dawkins into donating to him and/or plugging his begging campaign... or something. I don't even know what he expected to happen but he tried to explain it as "a chance for @RichardDawkins to look really, really not-misogynistic to some people." Needless to say, Dawkins did not respond.
The funny thing is... Peter used to be that guy making edgy transphobic "comedy" videos:
Also, white people are slavers and rapists and did nothing of their own merit.
This week: Surgerytime
The day before the surgery, Peter made a bunch of dumb jokes about the crowdfunding:
Ashleigh's supposed surgery occurred on Monday of this week (the 16th). While sitting in the waiting room, Peter was playing Sonic 2 and getting assmad on twitter about those dang dirty gobblegrousers.
Someone on /cow/ called the hospital around the time of the surgery and confirmed that the surgeon was in the operating room, but so far any other details on whether or not the surgery actually happened are light. I believe Peter promised post-surgery pics but there haven't been any yet.
Boohoo 2: Electric Boogaloo
Surprise, surprise: on Tuesday morning, Peter began begging for more money. He says they need $14-18k for the hospital stay alone, on top of the $13k they already raised for the surgery. I don't think she's out of the hospital yet, but even if she stays until Friday, $14-18k for 5 days in the hospital is waaaaay above average. Also, it seems strange that he knows the approximate cost already, because as far as I know you get the bill when you leave, since no one knows ahead of time how many days you'll need to be there, what supplies you'll need, etc.
Note that as of 3/16, the fundraiser had raised $13k. As of right now, since announcing the hospital cost, they've gotten a grand total of $30 in new donations.
Peter tweeted at 11:07am Tuesday that Ashleigh was "sitting in front of me basically asleep on a hospital bed", which someone on /cow/ noted was very similar to something he had posted about Kimi (a known sockpuppet, in case you haven't been keeping score). I was unable to verify when or where the post in the screenshot actually came from though (the link in it 404s), so take it with a grain of salt. That quote was mentioned and skeptically received in an old reddit thread (archive) but the source link there also 404s. Edit: the screenshot was posted some time ago on this blog (archive).
17 minutes later, and not 24 hours post-surgery, Ashleigh was back on twitter whining vaguely about people making her recovery hard.

Yeah, I forget when the CRUCIAL SURGERY SITUATION was first introduced, but it was a month or two ago IIRC. There's no explanation for why Ashleigh didn't get the surgery for free when she still lived in Scotland, but she said she's known she would need it since she was 13, well before she moved to the US.
Peter claims to have 2 full-time jobs (not sure if he has said what they are), but somehow still manages to spend 18+ hours a day lurking /cow/, tweeting incessantly about gamergate, and/or asking for money. Also, he's gotta squeeze some time with his sock puppets in there. So who knows.
He recently referred to the gofundme campaign as "full-time", but I think he meant that figuratively. He seems to imply that their income is somewhere around $36k annually, which would be above the Utah 150% poverty line. If that figure is true, he must be working just slightly above minimum wage.

Now he's trying to get more for hospital bills, despite the fact hospital billing takes more than just a day. It also sure as hell doesn't cost over 10k for dental surgery, IIRC. He's moving soon, too.
I'm not saying he's a con artist but I'm not saying he isn't either.
