Troons are bullies to such an extreme extent that they mutilated themselves to co-opt a minority status, so they use terminology like that where there's no single insulting word to hook into, which would make for a single concise thing to point out. If someone tells you to just stop being such a faggot, you can say "he called me a faggot!" and then get him banned per clown world rules. But backhanded shit like that has nuanced reasons why it's so catty, so anyone not paying attention or a mod from their own group could easily just say they see nothing wrong with it.
It's just a weasily way to insult someone, but again, these are bullies who mutilate themselves into transtrenders to acquire power and leverage, rather than earning it by being good members of their community. How's that even possible, though? Clown World.
