He is not a "random" Twitter troon.thread has barely been up for a month and a half and is already nearing 70 pages
that's quite an achievement for a random twitter troon tbh
He is the Twitter troon.
I've heavily suspected the constant pushbacks are attempts at a scam since day one, personally. Especially given how frequently their announcements about the date being postponed are invariably tied to a Paypal/Patreon/Kickstarter link.So uuuuuuuuuhhhhhhh dude has been packing his shit for...3 weeks? Longer? And they haven't actually bought anything? I'm just completely mystified by this whole house buying scenario, because there's so much missing information. Setting a closing date is one of the first things you do in a purchase agreement, it's literally part of your bid on the property, and a part of any counteroffers. There are a ton of things that can push that date back, but that date is rarely if ever pushed without both parties establishing and agreeing on a new closing date, because that's in the contract, and that means that it's legally enforceable after the signing. Now it's been established that the previous owner doesn't even live there, so occupancy or the need for more time to move are off the table as hurdles to the closing. But, if they were selling the current farm while buying the new one, that could also be a major cause of holdups. It's never been mentioned, and since there's no filter on this twitter, we would have heard about it for sure. But I didn't - and still don't - get it. So here's what I found:
My first thought was to maybe try and figure out where they might be attempting to move to by using the Colorado MLS. There are a lot of farms for sale, all over the shot in terms of pricing, size, and features. Without more information, it would be impossible to start here. So I looked up the property listing on 920 Deer Meadow Way, and the purchase history is a little odd, with the oldest transaction being the highest-priced one, and the two subsequent sales being around 10% of the highest sale total.

This may have something to do with the property being a farm? Perhaps the value of the home or property is assessed independently of the farmable land? I would think that you would still have to pay the value of the property in any sale, but perhaps if the sale is subsidized, the buyer's contribution is what's listed? I have no idea at all. However, these numbers do match both the property tax history, and Larimer County's property assessment. And an arms-length sale is just a term for a regular sale between two parties who are strangers. Now possessed of the plot number, I decided to look for the legal property owner.

The current farm is owned by a Gail Logue, and that's about where that record trail stops. Gail Logue is listed as the property owner everywhere in the county's records, but I couldn't find any additional records of a Gail Logue in Colorado, or a Gail Logue anywhere that linked to Penellope Logue, the one with the funny taste in handguns. There is one tangentially related result that makes me wonder, a Gail Hutton is named living at the property according to voter records.

Which one is Gail? I don't know. But when you're buying a house, you need to present legal documentation of your identity. ALL of the legal documentation, in fact, everything you got. You actually mail the real documents to your mortgage lender in a certified envelope. So, the name Gail Logue must have been correct at some point.
Bonus: I also couldn't find any Larimer county records from Penellope Logue nor Boulder County records, but searching the name brought up the following paywalled article from some rag called the Daily Camera:
The electronic publishing of public records makes me want to fucking kill myself. Finding this useless shit took 15 real-time minutes. Writing this gay post took way longer. World is a fuck.
Everyone is a gay furry

I'm not a furry, BUT you're legitimately one of the most grotesque people I can imagine that isn't an outright criminal or sex offender. Who even prefaces what they say with that? What would follow a sentence prefaced with that?
You're not "vocally against fascists," there are furries who are genuine Nazis or Nazi fetishists, and the "against fascism" stance isn't even exclusive to your movement. The first perception of furries is that they're zoophiles, and there have been multiple instances of that being proven true, and more thereof which heavily suggests so, including art which at best teeters on the edge of bestiality. When one of your conventions gets literally chlorine gassed and the default stance of all journalists covering the topic is to laugh at it, you've resigned yourself as failures to the public eye.
This absolutely reeks of the same recruitment tactics Kevin used to convince people to transition. Which, for all intents and purposes, is emotional manipulation. Again.
