Fuck off. Shiloh is not a cunt, and she did not behave as such. There was no reason for people to go around and shit on Sarah over the Venmo/GoFundMe, and Shiloh didn't want her to go through all the hate she endured at the hand's of Greg's legion of fans. Was she tactful? Not in the slightest, and it is certainly not the route I personally would've taken, nor was it the best behavior on her part, but she didn't actually do anything all that bad. The "eradicate yourself" was not her saying "kill yourself", she was saying "remove yourself from this conversation, because you have no reason to talk about this." There was also the fact that a lot of these people claiming they were doxxed were sketchy as fuck, and the "I'm going to find out where you live post" has not been verified as coming from her. Plus, the leaking of the DMs was an absolutely fucking ethical breach, as there was no reason for these people to take all this dirty laundry public, except they were deliberately wanting to bait Shiloh and take her down. It's basically Linda Tripp territory.
These people you're sympathizing with are not victims, they're professional grifters who are chasing clout, and Shiloh had their number. That's why they're all upset. Especially since they couldn't back up their own stories with rock-hard evidence, especially about the doxxing on Shiloh and her supporters' part. Furthermore, Shiloh has never claimed to be the leader, she has said many times "Sarah is the one who started this movement, and we all owe her." For the reports that "Shiloh lied and said the other girls said this, but they spoke out against her," that hasn't been proven. Only Haylee spoke out against her, and she claimed to speak on behalf of all the other girls, not Shiloh. Furthermore, the fact that Sarah has said nothing about all this says a lot. If she thought Shiloh had done wrong, she would've said so. Shiloh doesn't really have anything to apologize for, though I certainly agree she got too heated and let it get to her too much. But it only proves that she clearly has PTSD and was in a fight or flight moment, as all Greg's abuse and the memories of it came to her and made her react. It's not her reacting, it's her brain, reliving the trauma. She's not a bad person on the slightest, and people shouldn't take it personal, or get on her case, saying "she's giving Greg ammo to use and it'll be her fault if he wriggles out of it!" No, if he does indeed get off, if it's anyone's fault, it's yours, for focusing everything on this insignificant event and creating a tempest in a teapot, instead of focusing on what's actually important, ensuring Greg and Lainey pay for their actions.
On a few unrelated notes: Just because Lainey and Chris-Chan are clearly troubled and clearly not actually trans doesn't mean that gender dysphoria is invalid. It's a very real condition, that people must receive treatment for affirming their identity, though of course only after necessary therapy and approval. The reason "detransitioning" occurs is because of people who find backdoors to be affirmed in identity and rush through it (like Chris did to get Female on his driver's license now) without knowing for sure they are really this way, or more often because they receive such hate and vitriol for coming out, they will do this to fit in with the crowd, denying their real selves just to not be hassled anymore. All your "troon" and mental disability talk is fucking heartless and despicable. Same with the way you besmirch those on the autistic spectrum, and say things like "sperg." That is quite an absolutely awful and despicable phrase for many people who have normal, healthy, functioning lives and are on the spectrum, and/or most specifically have Asperger's syndrome, like myself.
Zoe Quinn did not have sex with Nathan Grayson, and he did not even review Depression Quest (if it had happened, the onus would've been on him, with the complaint being "Journalist Nathan Grayson gave review for sex" nor "Zoe Quinn had sex for review," as the ethical breach would be his, not hers), and Eron Gjoni admitted he made the whole thing up for shits and giggles. There was no collusion between them, the articles that came out at the same time are simply the news cycle in action, nothing more, and Zoe DID NOT murder Alec Howolka. If there had been no truth to the allegations against him, his sister would've said so.
Alison Pregler and the Change the Channel group are all good people, flawed but certainly among the good ones. For those of you who claim she is lashing out and refusing to move on, that isn't the case. She's very chill and cool. To the extent that "she hasn't moved on," it's because you won't let her and barrage her with questions and posts every day. If you stop, she will. But she and the CTC crew do genuinely want an apology and a resolution, they're simply angry that the person who promised it most recently (Cinematic Venom) didn't delivery, because he got hung up on pointless drama. There was no reason to get focused on what ERod did, what Marsha said, or Brad's comments. He should've buckled down, focused on putting the streamable forum together, got it running, then said his piece, much like how Jaclyn Glenn said nothing about Eugenia Cooney and the steps to her tentative recovery until after Shane's video was up, because she didn't want to jeopardize what had happend to date. But he lost sight of the ball, took things too personally, they all lost faith in him. It's as simple as that.
But Brad Jones is also a good person, he' shown that he is completely. He was content to be neutral the way he was before the Not So Awesome document dropped, when he was still friends with Alison and Phelan, but also still part of Doug's circle. He wants that back, but when that wasn't good enough and he had to pick a side, he felt he owed Doug and happily made his bed and lay in it. When he said "Logan Paul showed a dead body but still has a career", he wasn't making a disparaging remark, he was saying "Look, these outrage campaigns don't always have as much juice as they think they do. Odds are, nothing's going to change." But it got blown way out of context.
