Bacteriophages integrate into bacteria naturally (provirus) [7] - however, they have a dierent mechanism for
entry into human cells [8]. Coronaviruses were being edited in Wuhan using CRISPR, at the exact NTerminal
of the spike protein [9{12]. which is very dierent [13, 14] in nCoV from other coronaviruses [15, 16]. The
changes in the spike protein may have enabled the virus to infect both bacterial and human cells.
Explains observed events - long incubation, false negatives in a sensitive test,
abdominal problems, presence in feces, etc
If this is not sequencing artifact, then it explains so many of the puzzling observations - especially the
inability to detect the virus in a sick patient. Also, the long incubation might be happening when the virus
is in the lysogenic cycle.

A hitherto unknown cause of the Wuhan coronavirus outbreak [1–3] is reported here - a bacteria from the Prevotella genus. The number of Wuhan coronavirus deaths in mainland China has overtaken the SARS epidemic in the country. The high mortality is being caused by targeting only the virus (which is also present). This is a two pronged attack, as previously noted in ‘infection with human coronavirus NL63 enhances streptococcal adherence to epithelial cells‘ [6]. Prevotella is a well known pathogen, and can induce ‘Severe Bacteremic Pneumococcal Pneumonia in Mice with Upregulated Platelet-Activating Factor Receptor Expression’ [7].The RNA-seq data from Wuhan, China (PRJNA603194) has millions of reads of Prevotella proteins, and a few thousands from 2019-nCoV (Table 1). Similarly, the DNA sequences (PRJNA601630) of 6 patients from the same family in Hong Kong [3] shows significant presence of this bacteria. These sequences can be found at SIhina.RNA-seq/SampleSequences.fa(n=480K) and SI:HongKong/ALLsequences.fa(n=50k).Finally, the expression levels (Table 2) shows that the elongation factor Tu is the most expressed. ‘Elon- gation factor Tu (Tuf) is a new virulence factor of Streptococcus pneumoniae that binds human complement factors, aids in immune evasion and host tissue invasion’ [8].These are the only two studies I could find. Detection of the Prevotella in other samples will add more credence to this theory. Detection of the nCoV can be made very specific by looking for a 500bp in the spike protein [4], which would be a good candidate for vaccine development, protein-inhibition and diagnosis (which was non-specific for SARS in many cases, including the CDC test [5]). Anti-virals neeed to be supplemented with anti-bacterial agents to treat this disease.

If this thing can behave like a bacteriophage that also infects human cells, then we are beyond fucked.

If any of this is true, then it may be a biosphere-destroyer.

Conexpo starts next Tuesday in Las Vegas. Largest construction equipment show in North America. I would expect 120-140,000 attendees. They fill every building and every parking lot of the convention center with equipment. Last time I was there Hitachi had a 120 ton excavator inside one of the main buildings.

There are ways to jury-rig something like that very, very quickly. They’re trying to cover up the emissions from cremation so outsiders don’t notice, not because they give a fuck about pollution. They don’t. Just appearances.

This virus first causes a little flu.

Then, you get bilateral pneumonia in both lungs, with ground-glass opacities touching the lung edges.

Then, it sneakily infects your heart muscle with myocarditis, and your myoglobin from your heart breaks off into your bloodstream and gives you rhabdo, which gives you acute kidney failure requiring dialysis.

It also starts clumping up lumps of virus, bacteria, and dissolved tissues in your bloodstream, forming clots that can give you a heart attack or stroke.

Meanwhile, it’s infecting your blood vessels and giving you vasculitis, in your brain and other vital organs.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, this thing may have a symbiotic relationship with prevotella bacteria in your gut, combining with it like Voltron and then colonizing your gut bacteria.

Every time you defecate, you shit out lumps of virus/bacteria symbiote, which contaminate sewage and bodies of water.

When you die, your whole body becomes hazmat and must be incinerated immediately to prevent environmental contamination, otherwise, the virus may live alongside its bacterial colony as an anaerobic waterborne disease, or it may even attack and feast on other bacteria in water and in sewage, persisting in it for weeks, months, years, who the fuck knows?

Buy a respirator with two cartridges. They last you six months and are reusable. Just disinfect by spraying with alcohol.

Just to make this clear, because I found your wording somewhat confusing, you mean the respirator can be disinfected and reused [by changing out old catridges]? I have one for seasonal art projects that goes unused for the rest of the year so how I should be treating it isn't that burned into my memory. It's got cartridges which are just about end of life (slight resistance when I breathe, I can smell through it when I shouldn't at all) but the spare ones have been hanging around for over a year in the box, I'll definitely need to check those and stock more in case shit really hits the fan then sprays into the air...
