It's just delusion. Cowper's gland produces mucus to lubricate the urethra prior to ejaculation. It's located right by the prostate within the deep perineal pouch. Unless your urethra is straight up inside your neovagina (which...happens) then no.

No it doesn't refer to tampons. It actually refers to a pornographer "Drew DeVeaux" who coined the term, due to the fact Lesbians were allowed to get naked but Trans-Women had to keep their underwear on, what caused it though?
