I have doubts that we'll get any kind of reasoning for the expenses. It's clear that he's just trying cook his books, so to speak. Most likely he'll just spout complete nonsense about how everything he has is an expense.

The food he ate is an expense, because he would die if he didn't eat. Then the business suffers.
The gin he drinks is an expense because he needs the stress relief to be able to keep putting out positive content.

I wouldn't even put it past Phil to genuinely believe that everything he buys is an expense because it's necessary to him.

also jasper & khet's bills are amongst his expenses, both personal and business expenses

I wouldn't be surprised if he's doing some weird shit for khet, and mixing it with business

I know Phil has the luck of the pigroach and we're all a little afraid he'll somehow write off the gacha games and weasel out with a Chapter 7 (or worse, that the fake expenses will just be believed for some reason), but I'm not sure he thought far enough ahead to plan that out. For example, he likely pays for the WWE mobile games through his PayPal account, yet in the original bankruptcy filing his PayPal account wasn't even listed (but the expenses were). If he was planning to use the mobile games as business expenses, why wouldn't that account have been on the original bankruptcy filing when the $5000-$9000 in expenses were? (yes, he added it on the revised filing). I really don't think he listed these games as expenses and it was some other fake expense instead, but we'll know soon enough if DSP survives nuclear war.

he’s probably putting this and some of it not all of his tips/bits into his second PayPal account. He’s admitted to having two PayPals so I’m not surprised he didn’t fill it out in the form he’s trying to underhandedly hide the money while trying to weasel his way into chapter7. From rich pigroach to flat broke. From project 7 to chapter 7

Do we have a video citation for this 2nd paypal?

As has been said before, he's got expenses for a cat that he doesn't own.
I would love to see what other imaginary animals he's got expenses for.

Maybe he's got a small petting zoo hidden away.

Just to point out he claims he has two separate PayPal accounts.

If one of them is business and one of them is consumer that is fine, but if he has it arranged any other way he's in violation of PayPal rules... and PayPal doesn't fuck around, they will ban you for any reason at all.

I have the [?] setup that people can go to my Twitch page, click on a link, you can put it in, you can be anonymous, or you could put in your name and have a shout-out for it, and you can send me a tip. And that goes directly to a Paypal account. The Paypal account associated there is a separate Paypal account, for visibility on that, because I want that income to be completely separate from all of my other income."

Could he somehow spin it that it's not technically his, and that it is his at the time they got it, fiance?

Seems like the easiest thing to check would be the PayPal address he used back in the day and the email address he uses now. If they're the same, then I'm going to be very confused.

Edit: Paypal on Youtube was darksydephil@hotmail.com.
Edit 2: From this post, the "new" Paypal is dspgaming@hotmail.com. As for what the fuck he means when he talks about "income from other places", maybe he just means shit like Teespring?

That should be listed on that proof thread, as it seems sketch as fuck.

Also I need to point out that way back when Subaru-Man spoke to Tevin, he said Phil told Katherine he makes money on the side. Citation needed because wording.
If someone wants to dig and/or is bored as fuck, looking into this could be a good time waste.

Nearer the start of that video I linked, Phil says his (first) Paypal account was setup to receive payment for "royalty money" from Curse (and previously Machinima), and Twitch, for his work as an "independent contractor". With Youtube, it's "Ad revenue". With Twitch it's "Cheer revenue, Sub revenue, Ad revenue, and Tip revenue." "Outside of tips" ("or donations"), the money is "funneled" through a payment system, "primarily PayPal". So I think the "all of my other income" was just in reference to that income he'd gone over earlier in the video 🤓

Went ahead and added it. One thing to consider, though, is that there are two paypal account listing. We assumed that it was the same account listed twice, with the "$0 at time of filing" acting as a sort of excuse for why it wasn't listed initially and the second entry as the actual amount in there at the time of the amended filing. It's possible that he actually listed both accounts, though it's hard to believe that either would be completely empty.

On the side could’ve meant twitch, unless that was his main source, then it could’ve been youtube, def hard to know with Dave. And I really doubt he was dabbling in the stock market or anything long term

Thanks for posting the link was meaning to post it once I got home.

it’s possible the extra money he refers to is behind the scene tips he receives from whales like planetjeff. And/or it’s the account he uses for wwe champions and that’s why they both have a balance of zero

Is it too late for Phillip to file another addendum to his filing in order to include the second PayPal account?

If Phil is actually, seriously trying to lower his net income by spending tens of thousands on a shitty wrestling game in order to qualify for Ch. 7 bankruptcy, it has to be one of the most stupid things ever done by man or pig in the world of finances. I severely doubt even he's this stupid. It probably wouldn't work even if he was exclusively a WWE champions streamer. I know it's fun to dunk on Phil but I don't think that's his end game, or at least, it's probably a side product of his piss-poor money management and addiction.

If he is this stupid, then fuck me. CNN/Fox/etc. will air stories about how one incredibly stupid man tried to game the system.

As do I. But, Phil usually proves me wrong when I assume he can't be this stupid/lazy/scummy/etc...

That he's spending at least hundreds of dollars on this shit gacha game since his bankruptcy became public is crazy enough.

It's possible. Maybe even likely. I'm not sure how property (do pets fall under property?) is divvied up when they're engaged. But it doesn't make sense to me that he would claim expenses for something that isn't his. But then again, this is Dave were talking about.

And just because I feel like it's not said enough, big thanks to @actually and everyone else trying to keep track of the tism storm.
