Well I can think of at least one very good reason troons won't and shouldn't be prioritised and yes it has everything to do with success. Isn't that partly how any other organ transplant works? If you have to choose a recipient one factor is how well it will work because we don't want to waste what we do have. A uterus transplant will be far more likely to succeed on any woman than any troon so that would automatically push every man to the bottom of the list.

I'm not sure what it's like in a country without universal healthcare, but that's how it works in Canada. You have to be a viable candidate. If any medical professional actually observed troons for awhile, they'd know the uterus would be better being used as a basketball being shot through hoops. Most of them can't even take care of their own basic hygiene or a neo-vag. That and you know, the fact they're MALE.

Why do these troons get the worst hairstyles,bad wigs or dye their hair bad neon colors and then post 800 selfies saying "'I'm so beautiful!". Is it just to scare us to death or what?

Most women are sort of taught as they grow up what looks good on them, what flatters their body type, what looks appropriate vs fucking stupid, and usually are overly self-critical. Troons being men have no idea and usually try to larp as whatever type of woman they're attracted to. They exist in hug-boxes where other men tell them they're gorgeous. They can't see themselves objctively and they don't want to.

They're not even really recommended for women AND women who get them don't just get them as a vanity organ. Womb transplants are done with a purpose and have the expectation of removal once done, like 3 pregnancies I think, you don't get one just because.
