He's in a suit for this pic, I don't know why. That's all I've seen.
This is quite obviously Phil's head taped on a guy in a suit. He has his sad hand me down suit and that's it.

Wait, so he took the whole day off for a 15 minute meeting? I get there’s some waiting but it’s not fucking jury duty.

Tbf, I think we determined the courthouse is at least an hour away, so the day stream would be impinged on at least some. He could easily do a night stream, but it honestly made sense for him to just have his "day off" be that day instead of taking another half-day.

If he leaves at like 8 or 8:30 it only takes like 40 mins and once he's done it only takes like 20 mins or so back. If he leaves later it will take less time. If the court appointment was an hour or two earlier we would have gotten some pretty good rants about traffic from him. He could even have Kat drop him off at the park and ride like a mile or 2 from his house or southcenter mall and take the bus to the courthouse and not have to drive and pay like $15+ for parking and it'd only be like $6 or $7 round trip. Would give him some valuable time to play WWE Champions.

It's 31 minute drive on Google Maps, but that's taking the highway which we know... Phil's quickest route would be 48 minutes. Take traffic into account and the idiots getting lost, an hour sounds good.

He'll probably be busy Thursday night gin tweeting to us detractors about how dumb we are, and starting his narrative on how Everything Is Fine and we're all lying.

I don't know why, but somehow I got the feeling that Phill's unbelievable luck will strike again and he will get approved with no issues.
As much as I don't want it to be true. But in all the years I have been following the DSP show, Phill always pulls through. There is a reason why he's called the pigroach.

one thing is guaranteed, we're getting closer

Thing is, I don't think Phil wins no matter what. I mean, even if he does emerge unscathed after this somehow, it's been said numerous times but his life is freakin' empty. He has NO friends, he genuinely despises video games and has to play them to avoid getting a real fucking job again, his health is awful, he's still addicted to mobile gatcha so that shit ain't ending, and ultimately its like he tries to fill the void in his life with things of privledge like the gated community house and an expensive car he doesn't really use.

Does Kat know how to iron? is he going to show up in a wrinkled button up? I don't think we've seen him in clothes other than pajamas since he moved to washington.
Do you really want to show up to your bankruptcy hearing looking like a million bucks though? Seems like that would be counter-productive. Wouldn't hobo-chic be more advantageous? Interesting question, I've never gone through bankruptcy.

You're going to a court house. Regardless of your monetary situation you want to at least make an effort to look presentable.

Good point. The judge is more likely to appreciate someone who dresses nice though not wear a sonic shirt.

she definitely isn't working, but I doubt she will be there for moral support, dsp knows there will be spegs there and she's probably overweight, he can't have anyone know he has married a whale

Phil made it sound like they're spending the day. Maybe she'll drive there and wait in the Corolla. She can whale out on mobile games while hubby gets financially destroyed.

I'm sure they've seen that trick for years. And it literally means nothing. A guy owned half the small town I worked in and was filthy rich but he was one of the biggest slobs I'd ever seen.
