Shit, he ain't getting on shtreem tomorrow. I wouldn't at all be surprised if the tumbleweed forum just happens to go down all day tomorrow and all we see is a "had a super busy day, dood! But I can't wait to get back to shtreeming khantent (tip me) tomorrow!" tweet from him.

Followed by a 4am tweet about how he really feels sick, he's been choking all night, and he's gonna TRY and shtreem the later shtreem but he needs to sleep.... And he won't shtreem. This court date, and any subsequent court dates will be times he bitches out for an extra day to get the LIMB hand prepped for duty.

In his prestream tonight, he did his usual "tips help me the most" spiel and specifically cited "doing grocery shopping tomorrow" as one of the things he needs the money for. He's straight up just pretending that he just decided to switch the day off for no particular reason.

I can see him putting the stream on Friday in Follower only mode and briefly mentioning he went and thats it, then beg for money.

I hope the court documents get updated quickly, I know the audio won't be there for a few days but excited to see what happens

and kinda excited to speculate and see ppls speculation on any new information

can we speculate as to what he's gonna wear to court?

I like how he banned and insulted someone for wishing him luck on the bankruptcy hearing tomorrow, because it's a detractor meme. Why he turns this into this way is a mystery to me, everyone already knows where he is on his day off. Has he to protect his family again by lying about the obvious public information, to the bankruptcy he personally announced will happen? Something convoluted, nonsensical, I bet. Blabla detractors would do this and that.
He should stop putting sticks in his spokes and then cry when he falls.

The 341 meeting time and place isn't that easily found. Many people don't come here or Reddit or detractor circles. I hate to sound like a contrarian bitch, but I don't blame Phil for desperately trying to hide the court date since we know he really hates anyone seeing him IRL.

Keep your fingers crossed. Anything gov't does moves at a snail's pace. I'm thinking Monday at the earliest but we can be hopeful.

While nothing major, I have been to plenty of court hearings to know it's not going to be a heated exchange from the start. Phil will be a nervous wreck, so expect plenty of rocking back and forth, with his head lowered in fear. Things will probably go swimmingly until someone on the other side asks for proof of his monthly business expenditures, and that's where shit will fall apart. Phil won't get heated, but become a bumbling fool who trips over his own words, while the reps on the other side let him hang himself. Probably won't have an immediate decision, in an attempt to allow Phil to present legitimate evidence for his monthly expenditure claims, set a new date, and go from there.

The forums have been down for 4 days already. I frequently scan the forums for anything interesting. He usually shuts them down when he’s trying to avoid something or keep the detractors quiet (bankruptcy, wwe champions, his court hearing, etc.)

This isn't a "hearing" where a judge shows up, but a legally mandated meaning which is usually a formality. If anyone other than the trustee and DSP show up, it will be intriguing. Even if they do show up they may do absolutely nothing and not even say anything, so the mere fact of their appearance at all might be the only interesting thing.

If one or more creditors show up it's a seriously bad sign for DSP though. If the trustee says anything more than the rote things, it's a seriously bad sign for DSP.

But it isn't a great sign for him if absolutely nothing happens.

It's the next month or so after the hearing when you'll see paper being filed, and that's when things get interesting. If absolutely nothing happens two months in, the trustee doesn't challenge anything, and the court doesn't do anything, it will probably go through smoothly for him.

I'm not expecting this, I don't see this as being susceptible to pigroach luck, but fuck, how many times has he had just that happen despite it being unlikely? That's why we call it pigroach luck.

Don't expect much anyway. The most probable result is literally nothing happening today.

tl;dr the only things that can happen are bad for DSP but 90% nothing whatsoever happens.

Phil completely missing the point like always has said "just because I call something a detractor meme doesn't mean it's not true." Personally don't think he is even going to bring it up Friday. Just go with the usual "none of your fucking business" what he did or didn't do on his day off. The cat's out of the bag there is no excuse for hiding a court date everyone knows about, but if something as simple as logic and reason would stop Phil we wouldn't be discussing him.

I'm not getting my hopes up for something regarding the bankruptcy to happen

What I pretty much look more forward to is hearing how Phil behaves in public when off camera. Also hear him how he talks in public and maybe get a candid pic of him if we're lucky enough.

It's really gonna be like watching some animal who was raised in captivity be released out in the wild and people just wanna see wtf is it going to do.

Also, if things go out smoothly then I suppose it's just something the trustee or whatever deals with on a regular basis. But something tells me that dealing with someone who has 14 CCs and unpaid mortage for nearly a year isn't something you deal with everyday, but again, who knows.
