Normal shampoo will do, leave it on a minute or two. White vinegar rinse if you have to, that’s an old method for shine, but just shampoo will probably work. I will be covering my hair as much as I can - clipped up and covered with maybe two layers of cloth wrap/scrub cap

It's 1 part bleach to 3 parts water to disinfect surfaces (full strength for cutting boards, counters and sinks that come in contact with raw meat). If you can't find Lysol Hexol is good too. My granny used it and it's still available at Walmart and Walgreens.

I do not use bleach on those surfaces with bleach especially at that high of a concentration.

We have a national unified church that unites all Protestant sects. We also have a church that purports to be Catholic but does not recognize papal supremacy fucking good These are the only official churches, but there are many unofficial house churches the government can't be arsed to give a shit about.
