This is what I've always said, 20 years ago America was in a pretty good place when it comes to race relations, it's been proven that it can work, provided people don't listen to the extremes on the both the right and the left.

According to this genius, all straight people are homophobic by default so you shouldn’t put any effort in being civil with them. They double down further in the comments, saying gays shouldn’t have to “lick boots” for “basic human rights”.

They don’t have a good grasp of what history is. They have decades or centuries summed up with sentences and no real notion that it happened to real humans just like them. So much of this shit is about inventing imaginary monsters to depersonalize the actions of thousands of people that have nothing to do with each other as some singular and abstract conscious entity. They think that of congress holds a vote on a bill today that has some language about race in some context, and you pair that with another congress holding a vote on another bill with some language related to race not even on the same topic 100 years ago, then it’s justified to say “America the abstract animal thinks x about race”. Therefore ethnic minorities in America should be given special privileges and objections to that should be prosecuted as crimes.
