Probably just reschedule although the trustee might just file a motion to dismiss immediately and make him file an excuse of some sort. Don't see that happening.

More likely he's just such a fuckup he brought pockets full of cell phones and metal and maybe some dumb keychain knuckles or other contraband you can't bring in to court and now has to go take it back to his car or check it or whatever they do in that building.

It wouldn’t be surprising if Phil found a way to reschedule. He has seemed awfully smug the last few nights about today just being another “chill” day off of grocery shopping with the soulmaid. Hard to tell though, because Phil always downplays shit for his paypigs.

This in a nutshell. We are stuck on Phil like shit to a blanket - no legal professional is going to give a miniscule fuck about scouring Phil's content.

At the absolute most they'll look at his numbers and determine if he's:

A) trying to fuck them
B) thick as shit
C) both

Even when we are balls deep into this process no trustee, creditor or judge is going to be watching 'Top 10 worst DSP moments 2017', scouring through thousands of pages of our autistic ramblings and submitting a photo of a fat Dutch Catfish's vagina into evidence. If his numbers don't add up they have more than enough to drag him through the mud.
