They withdrew the DMCA complaint on December 14th (the day after he filed the lawsuit) and a judge voided the $2.5M settlement in February, so he should be good.

I think he's lying and it's a $1,700 account. If he has a $170k account then someone needs to check that paper trail because there's no way I'd trust that man with that much money in an account for clients.

Hell, that might be why he's been such a fat bald bitch about Vic's, because it probably has such a clean paper trail to BHBC that he's fucked if someone even looked his way.

So wait, this fucking assclown markets himself as for indigent plaintiffs and sues the police, but is so unfamiliar with § 1983 qualified immunity he has to ask Twitter for help? Holy fucking shit he's incompetent.

I thought comparing his civil rights litigation to Fred Phelps's career before he was disbarred was an unfair exaggeration but if anything it might be a compliment.

Imagine you were a defendant looking at serious time and your fat, penis-headed dipshit of a lawyer said "Don't worry. . .I got Law Twitter on speed dial." You should just plead to the electric chair at that point because this loser is going to get you worse somehow.
