I am not a squeamish person- I’ve been to gruesome surgical museums and then eaten barbecue- but I came out of there feeling disturbed.

It’s right at the back of the Brighton Museum which is like any other regular museum displaying stuff like Egyptian artefacts, puppets from around the world, Georgian clothing etc. You actually access the troon room through the puppet exhibit, and there’s no content warning before you go into indicate there’s stuff unsuitable for kids in there.
