If I had to guess, someone trotted out that old claim that the more siblings you have, the more likely you are to be gay (which is false, of course) and she's reacting to it in the most absolutely retardedd way possible because she's a sped and can't understand how the claim is meant to work (each pregnancy causes a minute change in the mothers body that eventually makes a gay baby) and instead took it as "growing up with siblings makes you gay" because, yknow, sped.

But I could be wrong, because as established, Stephanie is stupid and says stupid things without rhyme or reason. For example, claiming to be grey-ace and claiming to be pansexual within 2 hours of each other.

It's for screen-readers, which blind people use, it can read out the text description beneath the image to them. Staph wants to make sure that not even the blind can be spared from her repulsive form.

She failed biology, and despite having a master's in social work (which she will flaunt whenever told she's lazy and should do something productive for a change), she knows fuck all how people behave, how social interactions, or feelings work. Can't even figure herself out, how could she ever help other people?

It's supposed to be fraternal birth order... The more boys from the same mother, the greater the immunological H-Y response and greater degree to which a male fetus is feminized, increasing the likelihood of the boy growing up to identify as gay.
