These ⬆ are screenshots from videos on Instagram so they are of course not a very good representation of her actual looks BUT she looks awful. Also, she very recently (like yesterday) did a refill of her lips.

I sometimes look through her subreddit and the most vocal of her paypigs are the ones that dislike her lip job. Maybe she should listen to them.

I wouldn't necessarily call her surgeries botched, more like inappropriate for her lifestyle. Her issues are all self-care related. She gets cosmetic surgery then keeps slamming down food and liquor, doesn't keep pressure garments applied for correct healing, and squeezes fresh surgery sites that are still settling into garments that don't fit correctly.

Almost all of her appearance problems could be solved by some pretty basic lifestyle changes. Mariah is not going to top tier places to get her fat sucked out. She's had way more than the three procedures speculated here. She's had outright liposuction - needles placed under skin to suck out fat - five separate times that I remember. Lolcow.farms threads show her first lipo needle marks in spring of 2017. In addition to that she's had cool sculpting, injections, and more.

In the old days when old rich women or rich trophy wives with plenty of money to sue bad doctors into oblivion were the sole people getting liposuction, you were assured of getting a plastic surgeon or dermatologist who specialized and was very informed about the procedures and would never suck fat out of a person with a BMI over 40, and they'd certainly never do it more than twice in a year. Many such doctors kept an exclusive clientele of rich women and you could only get an appointment if a friend or family member referred you. Now you can get fucking Groupon-style discounts at clinics that are little more than spas where a person who is a doctor comes in and sucks the fat out of anyone who wants it done and can pay for it. Anorexics, the morbidly obese, doc shoppers - all are welcome. That doctor at the salon could be a podiatrist who needs extra money for a divorce, or a proctologist whose kid's college tuition bill is insane. They maybe took a course on fat-removal but as long as you are a licensed doctor, you can suck out fat. Some nurse practitioners can do it, too. Depends on location.

If you push the limited ethics of the sorts of spas Mariah uses, they may cut you off but if that happens all you have to do is buy the next Groupon deal at the other spa up the road, which is made even easier if you get the insertion scars from your last procedure lasered off alongside your horrifying crotch stretch marks. Mariah, I guarantee you, has signed paperwork at several clinics that says she understands the risks of not following specific protocols, and that if she gains weight, fails to wear support garments after, or gets too many procedures, she is doing so against medical advice. So really, if she wants to turn herself into a monster, she can do so easily and at a relatively low price and will find it hard to sue when she finally assumes her final form.

That she was able to get a single doc to give her lipo at even her lighter weight a couple of years ago tells you that the Las Vegas area may be a very good place for dumb girls to absolutely destroy their looks as long as their credit cards work.

It's 11lbs at the maximum, and the canister in her photo is 2000ml total. It's marked on the side. She most likely had much less than the maximum amount taken out. No reputable clinic would be doing rapid fire liposuction on an client. She's doctor shopping at shit-tier places.

I'm a little surprised she hasn't gotten a lab band or similar weight loss surgery yet, but those require some real aftercare dedication in terms of portion control and avoiding carbonated drinks, etc. There's a bit more (i.e. any at all) screening that goes into patients for those types of surgeries just because of the complication risks from poor aftercare.
