They should review the cameras for how long Amy was in and out of the Restroom? Go back and have Yaniv simulate Amy “sexually assaulting” him. Virtually impossible. He’s accused Donald Smith (in MandyLeaks) of threatening rape and assault. He accused Mani Vigg who was his boss/client (missing from resume too......? hmmmmm) of sexual assault. He accused two guys of kicking down the door and playing with his balls before “complaining to campus security”. Now Hamm and Menzies are sexual assaulters too? I think by his deleted logic we’re all guilty of sexually assaulting him by just typing about the fat fuck.

Yaniv is also applying Small Claims Rules like Supreme Court Rules. In Small Claims Court in BC, it's optimized for non-lawyers to access the legal system, and thereby is condensed so that you can make a Counterclaim in your Response.
In Supreme Court, you can make a response denying the truthfulness of the claimant, and file a separate form for the counterclaim. This is going to be hilarious, he's gonna be told to GTFO and file proper paperwork. Hamm can then (possibly) file for Summary Judgement because Yaniv is being a bloody turd.

In a sense, it doesn't really matter. In BC, the defendant (Yaniv) would have to prove the truth of the defamatory statement. Amy Hamm doesn’t need to disprove Yaniv’s claim to be successful.
In essence you basically have it right, though judges in BC can be lenient with the Civil Rules when justice requires it. This usually lets self-reps make a few technical mistakes before coming down hard on them and striking their pleadings. That would basically lead to a default judgment.
I would rather answer questions about Amy Hamm vs JY in the forum for that. But I would be more than happy to answer legal questions there.

As of last October he was undergoing the assessment process for genital reassignment surgery via a new trans surgery program at Vancouver General. He hasn't made any information about it public - like whether he's actually scheduled for surgery or has been told to deal with his other health problems (inc. obesity) first.
This coming June, he's finally scheduled to see a neurosurgeon about dealing with the hydrocephaly, and it would be one dumb GRS surgeon to jump in before a decision is made about that.

You would assume with the litany of health problems, hospital visits, fainting episodes, brain tumors, cancer scares, anal bleeding, and whatever else his diseased carcass plays home to, that he wouldn’t medically qualify for SRS as he is physically unfit to undergo major elective surgery.
I’d also think at this stage in his life with all his past transgressions, he would be required to undergo psych evaluations for a multitude of reasons before being allowed to have his naughty bits lopped off.

He told MandaPanda that the Vancouver GRS program requires him to get some kind of psych cert and to confirm that he has a "safety net" for his post-surgical recovery. He'd planned to make Katie that safety net since Miriam opposes the surgery. When Katie got fed up with him, he was frantic to make amends because her serving as his official safety net was vital to his getting the surgery. She declined, so I've wondered if he's since duped someone into serving in her stead.
But it seems from what gets reported down in Rat Kings and Community Watch that the psych eval often looks only at how much the patient wants GRS, rather than at whether the patient is of sound mind. Oh, garsh, Jeremy says he'll kill himself if he doesn't get a pretty little neovag real soon so he's ack SHE's definitely a good candidate for GRS!
