Maybe, maybe not. Last time a private citizen took a large corporation to court, a smirking MAGA teenager made CNN bend the knee to him. They could have made it hell and buried him in litigation but discovery was going to come out one way or another and that would be far more damaging than giving some kid a few hundred thousand to just go away.

It could be similar here. Funimation is going to have lots of fun with discovery if it comes back on appeals. Not only that, but Sony's own internal communications will be open to scrutiny because Tammy Denbow did her half-assed investigation. Even if Funimation wants to double down, Sony's going to stomp that, ASAP.

This is where I suspect Ren's hand. She has two narratives she sells to her followers like most twitter drama whores have. KV is either winning or KV or some of its members are being victimized. So if she gets one con to drop Vic, KV is having an utter victory. So every aspect that looks bad is pushed to the top while any aspects that looks good for Vic get pushed down or dropped in the memory hole.

Can you be perturbed by some things? Absolutely. Do people do inappropriate things in public? Yes they do. Whoever sent these is definitely an exceptional individual. The handwriting seems pretty consistent with each note, as well as the type of paper and how they folded it. I find the ds in the in the notes to be pretty consistent as they are written like a backwards 6. The way they form most of their letters makes me think this person could be left handed. But it could be autism so who knows. Gayops or really autistic ISWV sped is anyone's guess.

I question sitting on these until now. But why now? The thing is after the TCPA appeal, it may be all over. So there's only somewhat small window in which to may hay over them now. With Ren, the defendant's and even KickVic in general their narrative is quite simple in fact.
1st step : Shit talk about someone and slander. (online is better since they don't want to be punched in the face.)
2nd step : Gay ops such as gathering public informations (A.k.a "Doxxing" for them.)
3rd step : Trying to get this person fired and isolate that person from his/her friends (A.k.a "Cancel Culture")
(Optionnal) 4th step : If said person or his friends/fans fights back then play the Victim card via "Death Threats received" and "Muh harassment".

Yet they think they are top tiers Strategists while in fact they are nothing but NPCs that must be treated like the simpletons they are.

The handwriting on Doucette's envelope looks different, but I think there's too few characters to work with. The stamp seems to be the same as the other one.

Here’s something I forgot to bring up the other day. When I saw that video for the first time and scrolled through the comments, there was not a single negative comment or even a pro-Vic one and the last comment was a few years old.
