Not US but in Denmark all schools and universities have been closed, and all non-essential state employees have been sent home. They've also closed all 'indoor cultural spaces'.

In all fairness, if he's going to do this anyway why not just ban all non essential travel into and out of the US for a couple of months? Personally I'm surprised he's not panicking more. An illness that kills unhealthy, elderly people is more or less engineered to wipe out his base, if not just kill him.
