For whatever reason he seems to have a thing for Alexa Bliss from WWE. He follows her, plus about 20 fan pages devoted to her.

She's super tiny, but I'd love to see her kick his ass.

And by that I mean picking him up over her head and then slamming him down through his keyboard like it's a folding table. You know she could.
I mean she was also into fitness competitions and kickboxing, so I'd enjoy the show. What do you say Vince, how's about you book the Slurpertaker vs 5 feet of fury for your next ppv?

It'd be even better if he was deluded about what's going to happen or if he didn't know ahead of time. Because there'd be a split second where he's excited because a woman is laying her hands on him, and then that quickly turns to terror as he's tossed around like a drooling sack of potatoes. And then she does it again and again.

That actually makes me wonder how Russ would respond if the police officer taking him into custody was a woman. It'd be some interesting body cam footage, I bet.

I don't think he's concerned yet because he's never had serious repercussions from any of the stupid shit he's pulled. I'm not sure this will go to trial though. They'll probably offer a plea, and I'm inclined to think his parents will insist he takes it so this whole mess goes away.

I've been thinking about that myself. Russhole's best option here is absolutely to plead guilty. Cops and prosecutors all over the country don't give a fuck about harassment and stalking most of the time because they don't consider whatever behavior going on to be "threatening" enough. Whatever Russhole did got the justice system to sit up and pay attention for once. If he's being prosecuted for electronic harassment, then 1) they absolutely have him dead to rights evidence-wise, and 2) he said some fucking awful stuff. So if they go to trial, he's going to be found guilty. Pleading out will let him bargain for the lightest of slap on the wrist of sentences, maybe even getting the charges expunged eventually after some court-ordered therapy and slobbered fake apologies. His parents will be telling him to plead guilty as a result, as will his lawyer no doubt.

But this is Russhole we're talking about, one of the most malignant narcissists to ever be featured on the Farms. He never wants to admit he's wrong, because he never thinks he's done anything wrong. All his harassment, threats, stalking, slanders, lawsuits, etc., are always 100% righteous and justified in his eyes. He never actually feels sorry, and he never tries to improve from his mistakes. He never will. I'm not sure the wannabe legal eagle could stand to admit he's guilty of an actual crime, and have that entered into the record for all time--Russhole admitting he is a creep that harasses women and breaks the law.

In the end, if the lawyer his parents are footing the bill for can get him to sit the hell down and shut the fuck up for the entire duration of the case, he'll be worth the tard wrangling retainer the parents paid him. No one in his life has ever been able to make him do either of those before, including his parents. So outsourcing is their only option.

I'd laugh hysterically if the criteria his parents used to choose the attorney was to find the biggest, blackest lawyer they could to intimidate Russ into shutting up. I'm not even saying the guy would have to be aggressive, he'd just have to be stern and Russ would be writing screeds about the saggy pants thug lawyer his parents hired to attack him.

Powerlevel me because it was stupid, but when I first found out about gourdhead I got onto a throwaway Facebook to pozload my negholep by asking him why he thought it should be illegal for women to deny him. His only message back was close to "if I ever see you in real life I'll kick your ass" before blocking me. He has a really short fuse and even shorter when it comes to men talking to him. Maybe a boyfriend of a stalking victim told him to stop and he went off him with death threats.

I think he is hinged enough and has just enough awareness, or at least fear of consequences, that he will try to play up his anxiety and apologize for his actions. He won't mean any of it, but I think he'll say whatever his lawyer tells him to so he can wiggle out of this. If the judge can see through bullshit, he might be screwed.

He probably did issue a death threat if a guy told him to knock that shit off. In person, he's a coward, but he's really belligerent over the net. He views other guys as obstacles to what he is rightfully owed. He probably tried the anxiety defense and was shocked it didn't work.

Yeah. Electronic harassment is down towards the bottom of the priority list for cops, so for Russ to get nailed for it he must have made death and/or rape threats towards someone with some pull. I'm with the crowd who think he harassed Julianne Hough's family trying to get in touch with her and refused to fuck off when told to. Russ thinks whatever he's trying to do overrides all other concerns, like the law. It's the same thing with TS. It's been explained to him several times why she couldn't accept his song, but Russ thinks trying to impress her is SO important they should make an exception. He always wants an exception.

He's going to be in for a rude shock when this just doesn't go away. Still, we should temper our expectations. It's just a misdemeanor, so he was never going to prison. He might get a week or so in county to give him a reality check but I'm not holding my breath on that one. I suspect there'll be a steep fine though. You know he'll try to spin it "I got fined for writing a song for someone!" You know he'll blame the victim for the whole thing. "If they'd just accepted my song, I wouldn't have gotten mad and threatened them!" Just like abusers do when they punch their wife. I so wanna know the details, but I don't want to jeopardize the case, so I'll just wait.

The judge will hopefully take his prior court documented bullshit into account. If it’s a class A misdemeanor, he could get up to one year in jail, but any jail time is highly unlikely, even if he does not plead out.
Russhole does more than anyone I have ever seen to play the victim. He blames everything on his disability. “These people treated me like this because of my disability”.
His actions didn’t ruin his life, Taylor Swift ruined his life. His words didn’t ruin his relationships, his anxiety did. He didn’t bring baseless lawsuits to the courts, the judges were biased.

He takes no accountability for anything in his life. As long as he doesn’t take accountability for the bad things, the bad things will keep happening to him.

It's a class B misdemeanor. Max jail time is six months. I agree he probably won't do any time, at first at least. He'll probably get probation with the threat of jail if he gets popped for anything else. Maybe he'll be restricted from social media. If he is, that's the condition he's most likely to violate, because he's a Facebook addict. Plus, he doesn't think anyone can tell him what to do.

I could see Russhole getting a stern talking to by the judge who tells him he has to stop, if he sees him in his courtroom again there will be consequences, which he will not like. I could see Russhole trying to push his limits and challenging the judge.

I could see him consequentially doing essentially the same thing he’s always done, but in such a way that he thinks he is legally “in the clear” and in such a way that he could not be held liable legally.

however, Russhole being gods favorite idiot, will misinterpret the letter of the law and wind up back in court where he will defend his actions and be absolutely wrong. The judge will throw the book at him and Russhole will again say the judge is bias.
I legitimately see this as Russholes most likely downward spiral because he is incapable of introspection or growth or keeping himself accountable. This is what happens when you keep making the same mistakes over and over. Eventually you run out of free passes and your bullshit catches up to you.

The fundamental problem is that Russ, at his core, doesn't ever think he's done anything wrong. It's either the other person didn't understand what he was trying to do, or they hate the disabled or something that deflects responsibility from him. The kill list was just a prank because he wasn't even going to be at school that day! TS's agents didn't understand why he wrote the song, and should have passed it on. AG didn't compliment his suit even though he made an effort! I bet this situation was similar. "They wouldn't pass on my song even though I asked nicely! They hate the disabled! I got anxious and threatened them, and anxiety is a protected disability so I can't be charged!" Someone narrowed down who his victim probably was, so I'm guessing he was trying to make them give Julianne his song, and as we all know, Russ gets livid when people don't follow the script he's set out for them.

I am wondering if the presence of Skordas in alignment with the prosecution is to ensure that this isn’t treated as a typical “oopsie” first offense. I agree it’s likely typical given a fine/ community service/ min to no jail. But I think the push will be to get SOMETHING of substance and RO for victim. I actually think the best consequence for Russell might be significant community service. Mom and dad would likely continue his bare essentials and his hooker and harassment funds would dry up. Would he learn a damn thing? Probably not ethically but he would not want to lose access to his hooker fund again. He’d probably still be able to stalk thots, but hopefully will avoid

Actually if it is a famous or rich person, that might be his worst nightmare because he might get enough local notoriety to not want to risk harming a local girl

“I was in a savage beatdown with Alexa!!”

Skordas appears to be representing the victim, and since he's well-versed in Russ's bullshit, I'm sure the prosecution is aware of his extensive history of antisocial behavior. Like you said, he's probably doing his all to ensure that Russ doesn't get a slap on the wrist. The courts don't take stalking offenses seriously enough given that stalking is often a precursor to actual physical violence so I hope they realize this wasn't just a lapse in judgment, but the end result of a malicious personality who thinks he's owed the world and that the rules don't apply to him.

EDIT: Has he posted anything at all on Facebook? Either he's in Facebook Jail, or (for once) he's being smart and staying quiet.

He's posted nothing to Facebook as far as I can see. Not even for his birthday, or updates on his smash hit summer single. I think he's in jail.

Unfortunately for NFL cheerleaders, he's still got free run of Instagram.
