I like how you took one element of my post and fixed your whole argument on it, rather than the conventional approach of responding to all of what I wrote. Take the path less travelled!At no point was I complaining about downvotes.

Of course I read your post - it was deliciously rustled. Attentive readers might have deduced that I had read your post from the way that I addressed it directly in my reply, but don't feel bad that you missed it.
I'll finish with an easy-read retelling of the point in my original post: I don't vote with "the circlejerk". I don't post in accordance with "the circlejerk". People still like me here, because I'm not spaghettiriffic.
Thus, my argument: your opinions are less important than your demeanour.
