Yeah he was going to bankrupt her with lawsuits, get all the international media to destroy her reputation by exposing how she treats the disabled, and also file an injunction to immediately stop and cancel her tour that was happening at the time.
Don't forget that once Russ had all her money he was going to open Mile High Neon, and then immediately enslave Taylor there as a prostitute and rape her on demand. We're lucky Russ was born in this age as a slackjaw manlet, if he were a legit King/Emperor/dictator he'd be known as one of histories most cruel and tyrannical rulers. And also the ultimate downfall of his country.

Absolutely. He’d be one of the Habsburgs with a deformed jaw, difficulty speaking, mental defects...in other words, no different that he is today.

My guess is that, assuming the Hough family was his target, he either threatened them or pestered them to the point they called the cops, and I imagine they have some pull with the local government. It's a small town, so maybe they know the mayor or the chief of police and all it took was a phone call to their private number and Rusty was up on charges. We're guessing he threatened them, but the statute he was charged under doesn't require a threat. Attempting to contact after being told to stop is enough to get charged. He might have threatened, but I can easily see him being told to not contact them again, and him persisting, because he doesn't think he should have to follow the rules.

I think this may be it. He doesn't get that many people have experiences far different from his. He thought AG would be impressed by a ratty $100 suit because he was taught people are impressed by men in suits. Part of her weird expression may have been he's a guy, out of his teens, wearing a suit at a concert aimed at teenaged girls. She'd be justified in doing a double-take. He thought KP would be "wooed (god I hate that expression) by a song when she has guys who are millionaires buying her gifts and doing things for her. He can't grasp that people have their own opinions of things, and they may not match with his. That's the crux of the problem. He doesn't think what he's doing is harassment, therefore it's not, regardless of what other people think, because he doesn't get people are allowed to have their own opinions.

Orem isn't some tiny town in the middle of nowhere with a population of 150 people, where everyone knows everyone. Its part of the greater Salt Lake/Provo/Ogden metro area which is home to over a million people. Orem itself has a population of tens of thousands. So its highly doubtful that the Houghs are using any kind of special favors.

Listen, there's no way in hell the police and DA could just be doing their job. They're all corrupt morons who don't know anything about the internet. I'm on the internet all day and it's my elite little club. I get to laugh at all the idiots who can't get with the times despite the world moving on and getting with the times. Maybe not all of the world, but enough of it has.

I had my identity stolen by an ex-boss, presumed, 15 years ago and the cops really couldn't have given a fuck despite a very clear investigative trail they could have followed that led right to my ex-boss who had been fired for defrauding the company. It was incredibly frustrating and a story that repeated itself many times and for many people over the years. My parents had it happen two years ago and a detective came to their house twice to talk with them and was in contact with their financial institutions to gather all the info he could. They work in concert with FBI to investigate identity theft and card fraud. My mom was surprised with how seriously he took it. The detective gave them all kinds of useful advice. They already knew it from when I went through it and a relative who works for a bank in their fraud division, but it was nice to hear from the cops this time. Things change. Once again maybe not everywhere, maybe not as much as you might think it should, but probably in more places than you'd expect.

People are also retarded and think real life is like the movies.

>any personal anecdote to illustrate a point is powerleveling
That went a little bit beyond just a personal anecdote.

Generally speaking, though, personal anecdotes are powerleveling... they can't be verified by anyone else, so they don't prove anything; we pretty much just have to take your word for it. If you had just said the gist of your point without a personal story to illustrate it, that wouldn't really make your point any more or less believable.

I had tuned out this thread for awhile as Greer himself was getting more boring. But this whole new court saga is great, especially as he isn't the one initiating it! Like courtrooms, Russ? Well, now you get to spend lots of time in one!

As for the debate of whether or not Greer is dangerous, I am firmly in the "yes" camp.

We have been very dependent on the testimony on this guy from the two sources we have that actually know him: Corey and Nips. Personally, I think they BOTH are right, but just coming from different perspectives.

Corey: He looks significantly larger than Russ, and was boss of him. (we assume this was at Walmart, but I don't know if that was confirmed? Corey doesn't name the place of work on the Greerstream with Rekieta.) Russ is probably child's play to deal with compared to some of the other people Corey had to boss around if it was indeed Walmart. That's not even mentioning the customers, who tend to create a huge red mark on crime maps around the stores. Russ was probably the least of his problems. And I fully believe that Russ is meek IRL when confronted with actual men. But Corey did say he had a pattern of following ALL female employees and stalking them at work, even the 2s and 3s. Russ is "9s and 10s only" just online apparently.

Nips: She has been very vehement on this and I believe her. She has mentioned growing up in the hood and probably has a fairly strong danger detector. She knew a more mild, less insane version of Russ, and feels that his behavior has escalated from the time when she knew him. Keep in mind, they had to pay homeless people with biscuits to make him go away, so it's not like he was easy to deal with back then!

Guns issue: Russ may be a spastic gimp, but I have no doubt he could hold a gun and at least threaten a woman into complying with him. If you can play piano at a semi-competent level, you can fire a gun at an unarmed victim from a few feet away. Hell, his frozen face may even be an asset once he locks onto a target... and that wouldn't even matter much at point blank range. Honestly, though, I don't think that is what would happen. I see him much more likely to do something stupid like grabbing a stripper's arm and not letting go if she didn't properly give him a lapdance or maybe a hooker who didn't adequately suck him his penis. That is the kind of assault I can see Russ attempting and getting in trouble for before he ever escalated to guns.

TLDR: I think Russ has capacity for danger to women (not men) and I hope he learns a big fucking lesson from this experience, even if he doesn't wind up with jailtime.

Actually that’s not at all how it works. Powerleveling is simply revealing embarrassing personal information about yourself in response to a cow.

”I know Russell is in deep shit because I am a lawyer trained in Utah criminal law” = not powerleveling
”I know Russell is in deep shit because I was convicted of cyberstalking someone’s sexy grandmother” = powerleveling

Don’t mix this up around Null; he gets mad

Well, like they say: Keep your friends close, your enemies closer, and gimp faced snot goblins named Russell Greer a million miles away from you. Not mad, but irritated on the internet, I want to bitch slap the little cretin every time he says something belittling to Javai, since she seems very sweet. But none of these women deserve his creepy BS.

This happens more often in the Deathfat and Beauty Parlor sections of the Farms, but I'd also add that powerleveling includes revealing information about yourself in order to prove that you are better than a cow in some way.

I believe that's A-logging.

Edit, a week later: Nope, not A-logging. I was thinking more trollshielding a la Lagoona, who also powerleveled like hell when she did it. My bad!

Pretty sure Corey worked with Russ in some kind of office building, not Walmart. He talked about Russ standing over women at their desk and taking his lunch in the room where mothers would nurse their babies or pump milk. So it makes it sound like they were on the housekeeping/janitorial crew at an office or call center building.

Edit: I stand corrected.

I believe that's A-logging.

A-Logging is expressing an unreasonable amount of hate towards a cow, like wishing they would die or going into extreme detail on how horrible a person you think they are to the point where it shits up the thread. Detailing how you feel that you're better than a cow can also be A-Logging, but personal info doesn't have to play into it. Personal info that can be used to identify who you are is Power Leveling.

You're misremembering. We had a leak here a while back who worked with Russhole in an office, and he's the one who related the information about him lurking over women at their desks and making a mess of the maternity room. Corey described working with Russhole when he was serving as a worker in a store setting, as he related the story of Russhole claiming some (imaginary) customers had come in and harassed him (who he could never point out to Corey). Russhole later claimed those (imaginary) customers had knocked all the merchandise off some shelves (for some reason) and Corey had to tell him to go pick it all up.

Thats right. Thanks for reminding me. It can be a chore keeping all his failures and idiocy straight.
