What really ticks me off about Schreier is how he treats crunch like it is something entirely unique to the video game industry, and it's the root of all evils within it. He works a cushy as fuck job where he has personal deadlines. This kind of stuff is prevalent in engineering, programming, or really any other collaborative effort that works as a team.
