As it is at the moment, Volkswagen will close its plants beginning this Friday. Ikea stores will close as well if they haven't already.

I talked to a supermarket employee today for a while.
Every club. Restaurant and whatnot will be closed too except the supermarkets.
The German government gave out info to market chains to stay open 7 days a week.
For those who don't know: Sunday is usually closing day for almost everything.
And one last thing, though I couldn't confirm it: German unemployment money beneficiaries will be send to the supermarkets to help out. Ordered by the state of course.

Gov. Reynolds orders closures of bars, restaurants, gyms as part of coronavirus public health emergency

DES MOINES, Iowa — Starting at 12 p.m. Tuesday, Gov. Kim Reynolds has ordered all bars and restaurants close to the public as part of a public health emergency regarding COVID-19.
Carry-out, delivery and drive-thru services will still be allowed. The closures will be in effect through March 31 and is part of a State of Public Health Disaster Emergency proclamation signed by the governor Tuesday.
"These are unprecedented times and the state of Iowa will do whatever is necessary to address this public health disaster," Reynolds said. "I have authorized all available state resources, supplies, equipment and materials to combat the spread of COVID-19. The actions taken today are necessary to protect the health and safety of all Iowans and are critical to mitigating the spread of the virus.”
In addition to bars and restaurants having to close, the governor has also ordered the closures of:

• Movie Theaters
• Casinos
• Fitness Centers
• Health Clubs
• Health Spas
• Gyms
• Aquatic Centers
• Senior Citizen Centers
• Adult Day Service Centers

Social, community, spiritual, religious, recreational, leisure and sports gatherings and events of more by 10 people are also prohibited at all locations and venues.
This includes, but is not limited to parades, festivals, conventions and fundraisers. The proclamation stated that planned large gatherings and events must be canceled or postponed until after termination of this disaster.
23 Iowans have tested positive for COVID-19 as of Tuesday evening.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends a few steps to protect yourself from the spread of the coronavirus: Clean your hands often, avoid close contact, stay home if you're sick and cover your coughs/sneezes.

She's a workaholic so she's taking to voluntarily tellecomuting via internet and phone but that still does mean we get less info. Specially without the casual chats with the cooks, I already explained why. Also you know I'm fucking scared for her. Thankfuly the outbreak has been identified and contained and the quarantined personnel found replacement, in no small part thanks to her. So shit's fine on the hospital level. This kinda paperwork usually would take ages but seems bureaucrats know better than to get in the way today. As always corona is a blessing in disguise despite the side effects.

Also must admit. After the funeral I migrated temporarily with some family members to avoid lonelyness... she's one of them. Our house is small and we're more than 2. So yeah. I'm young and mostly healthy but I do have a lot of hormonal and developmental issues. I guess we'll see.

I was just at the store, and the things you would expect people to prep on were gone, including all the tortillas. But they were fully stocked on the prepackaged torrllia flour for the cost of a cheap set of 10. I was also surprised by how many cans of beans were left.

By the way, the place (Wallmart) had plenty of food, just not the stuff that keeps for ages. Even the in store McDonalds was still open, after the Governor's announcement to shutdown all restaurants, with the sit down section marked off with caution tape.
