I for one fled from Paris to the countryside like most of my young, affluent friends, so I can only speak for the French Riviera, but starting noon, we already had police on the Croisette asking for the reasons why you're outside and sending people home.

Apparently, but this isn't confirmed yet since the total confinement just barely started, the police will keep your authorisation slips to see how much you go out, and if you're bullshitting them, basically. Again, this is unconfirmed so far, but they did take my friends' authorisations earlier today.
