Lady Alchemy/Martina Markota is another Cridious in the making

Some highlights of the video were
1) Markota pretty much didn't give her writer and artist practically any lead/direction and chose to essentially ignore their scripts (or just not care until later);
2) Markota, like Cridious, apparently appropriated a chunk of the project's money for a Visa for her husband or boyfriend (forgot which);
3) Her artist (not sure about the writer) was paid only 4k;
4) Her artist and/or writer actually started the project (so technically it's theirs);
5) Markota was allowed/offered to come on the show but didn't (don't really think much of an effort was made to get her on but whatever);
6) Her artist and/or writer shared the same accountant at least for this project so they should be able to actually prove their case;
7) Either her artist or writer went through the trouble still of shipping Lady Alchemy posters and shirts while Martina did nothing; and
The only involvement that I can discern Doug had was essentially just talking to the artist and writer on how to deal with Martina after things went south. So technically...Micah's conspiracy theory does have a kernel of truth, but that's only because of the peculiar situation (see also @Mister Dongs post in the Hanger's on thread regarding Micah Curtis' white knight defense/conspiracy theory against Doug Tennapel wanting to de-platform Lady Alchemy if you want a dose of exceptionalism)

So not surprisingly her story is pretty much the same that she gave on Twitter. She didn't like their script, they were taking advantage of her, they closed down the project which from what I understand is true, because they apparently actually owned and started the project.

1) Goddang her "story" is pathetic compared to the other two gentlemen who were way more straightforward on what went on, what they did, how they could prove their story, etc;
2) So apparently...she denies that the former writer of the comic who she had worked with before and was helping the artist actually wasn't the writer...then who the hell wrote the comic then? That only leaves her or the artist, and it seems abundantly clear Martina wrote jack shit;
3) Continues with the claim that Lady Alchemy only showed up in page 14 when the former artist and writer said she first shows up in page 4 (note that her former artist and writer said the idea was that the story would have ten issues and that the first comic was going to be more of an origin story hence why the title character didn't get that much focus);
4) She says her artist provided no artwork...;
5) Jesus...she's playing the victim-card up the ass surrounded by her loyal white knights no less;
6) So far the 4k number is accurate (Martina says she paid 3k at first then 1k later) not 10k which she specifically said on Twitter,
7) Did she just sort of admit around @59:00 there wasn't a contract before (that is with her previous artist but there is one with the new guy)....how stupid are you people; and

I stopped at 1:20:00 or so. I couldn't take any more of the meandering, "it's his fault", "it'll be great with the new guys", repetoire. I certainly will add that I have no idea why in general she decided to go with this artist over somebody else and not, like I noted before, just because he lacked experienced in making a comic book, but also that his artwork is just not good.
The only nice thing I can say is that the new art looks good.

So apparently the Lady Alchemy creative team were already working on a project when they approached Markota to see if they could use her to raise the profile of their pre-existing enterprise and shoehorn "Lady Alchemy" into it and on the covers. It doesn't seem like Martina was aware of any of this though. And since she was the fundraiser, all the money was being given to her. Which strikes me as a bit of an oversight but you can't expect much from dumb frogposters.

I'm starting to form a little conspiracy theory of my own of this mess at least in regards of how it relates to CG inc. It seems to me that Martina, is being quarantined/kept at arms length by CG, outside certain white knight defenders i.e. Micah Curtis, who want to use this as an opportunity to write this off as some kind of Anti-CG plot because Doug Tennapel just so happened to speak with the artist and writer who was helping him.

Ethan is a proud warrior for the LGBT community, so if you want to have poor Cyberfrog getting split in half by his brother Salamandroid's massive cock I'm sure Ethan would be very appreciative.
Benjamin Hennessey? Henderson? Henneson? I can't remember his last name, he was one of the earlier CG creators. He somehow shacked up with Chuck Dixon (the co-creator of Batman's villain Bane) and founded Cautionary Comics. Their first campaign Ravage: Kill All Men was the third campaign I ever backed in 2018 (https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/ravage-kill-all-men/x/18750285#/). It raised just under 50K and was one of the more successful CG books from a relatively unknown at the time. The book ended up being late (like most CG books), the art was pretty terrible in some panels and he must have fucked up pricing international postage because no international backers got their book and he had to refund everyone. He tried to launch a second campaign called The Offworlder, which failed spectacularly and they pulled it down.
He then sold Cautionary Comics to James Dean Anderson, who himself has a book which hasn't been fulfilled yet (https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/conflict-claws-out/x/18750285#/), a common theme you'll start to notice within Comicsgate. Ben is now crawling back to CG and has relaunched The Offworlder which is doing even worse this second time around (https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/offworlder-by-mike-baron-and-jordi-armengol/x/18750285#/). His a literal nobody and his channel hardly has any subs, I wouldn't worry about him. His probably grandstanding in an attempt to show loyalty to CG to remind them all he exists in hopes they'll back his book.

Yellow Flashs audience is pretty mixed, a cross between CG, Weebwars and Killstream viewers, if he openly shills for CG too much it might damage his channel. Raging Golden Eagle has already shilled for CG books in his streams, the effects on campaigns were near negligible. His audience is mostly MGTOW, outrage merchants and weebs, they'll support his campaign because they like him. I don't know much about Anna, but i doubt her audience really gives a shit about comicbooks. Probably a bunch of thirsty neckbeards who want to watch a half decent looking girl talk about Star Wars.

If FAN sounds familar he was the youtuber who got his twitter flagged by warcampaign and then Reinoe spread fake discord images of him admitting to having CP. In other news, frequent EVS guest and the writer/producer of CG comic Englewood, Micah Curtis, has been making plays for the heavily contested title of "dumbest Comicsgate figure" by putting forward not one but two of the most exceptional conspiracy theories I've seen within the span of a week. The first concerns the aforementioned project Englewood.
There's no pictures of the protagonist Elijah Wallace, a "wealthy MMA superstar who encounters tragedy and starts fighting crime - a Hero Born in Blood" fighting said crime, or even in costume, but we can gather that the hero from the mind of Micah Curtis' does have passions, like being oiled up and swole, beating up wh*toids and smashing white bitches with his BBC. Of course, we can't judge the work before it comes out, but by all appearances he's approaching Bendis-territory with this shit.

1. She's been stripping or whatever as alchemy for years. He can try, but pretty sure he'd have a hard time stealing it from her.
