Minimal manning is going into effect at the base hospital as of tomorrow. Here's the part where they're defeating the purpose though: they're going to rotate staff in and out each day. You know, to make sure everyone gets a turn to be exposed and bring it back to their families. When asked why such a retarded means was being thrown into an otherwise preventative measure, the same usual kindergarten logic was given in that "it wouldn't be fair" to the airmen who had to work. Absolutely zero understanding or care as to what the point is of minimal manning during a pandemic in the first place. The people giving these kinds of orders need to be strung up by their balls and beaten like pinatas until we can't easily tell that they ever had a head. It's not like they're using either of those parts anyway.

I think I forgot to mention the other day that the base has been running on essential stations only for the last few days or so. Everything like base legal, financial, anything not needed to keep people and equipment up is shut down. At least they seem to be doing that part somewhat right.
