This happened today during the WuFlu press conference, a softball from the OAN reporter for Trump, which is pretty much the only one he gets these days due to Orange Man Bad. The question boiled down to "doesn't it suck all these reporters are always siding with propaganda from outside the country?" :

I love how he's completely ignoring everything that she's been saying for so long now that she's starting to go insane and it's turning her into Eminem 2.0. No matter how much he kicked and screamed he couldn't get Trump to say a single word about him, and Hillary's rapidly careening down that same road because she's been throwing a drunken, raging fit for months now and Trump hasn't said one word in reply.

This is the level of ego that newspigs have, especially the ones that have clawed their way into being allowed to go to the White House. They think that demanding "WHY YOU RAYZISS?!" at Orange Man is actually fighting a viral outbreak.

Being hated is not the worst fate to them, it's being ignored.

And Trump has to know it, he's done enough time in business he can probably smell an angry, unsatisfied ego from a mile away and has probably dealt with a number of people who only go to meetings to derail pending deals rather than languish in obscurity as just another monkey in a suit. The absolute ironic part about my post is how they're screeching "DRUMPF WILL CENSOR EVERYTHING HE DOESNT LIKE !!!!!!", especially the "fate of freedom" person, even though he's been in office for 3+ years and no real censorship has been done, unless you count bitching about "fake news" as """censorship""".
