The sanctions America's rulers have imposed don't just block US companies from providing medical supplies to Iran. If you are a Chinese/Russian/whatever company and the Zionists decide that you aided the Iranian people, you can be subject to financial sanctions intended to bankrupt you.

China has provided a certain amount of aid, but you know what would have helped Iran more? If the slave government of America hadn't already been trying to kill every single Iranian, preventing the government from imposing travel restrictions immediately after the issue arose to maintain good relations with one of the few major world nations not enslaved to Trump's chosen people.

They've always had some pretty strict sanitary laws there. Bubble gum is illegal there for instance because people kept sticking it under desks.

Singapore is a strong authoritarian government like the PRC and Vietnam. Safe to say that they're doing as well as they can, but they're still allowing flights from the US and other places where infection has been allowed to go out of control.

In addition to being very authoritarian, Singapore is also VERY warm, with temperatures sitting in the 90s. Temps that high are going to impede any virus from spreading easily on surfaces. This is likely why community spread cases in singapore are so much lower then in the cold dry west.

I still think the spring is going to lead to a dramatic reduction in the virus' spread this year. Corona is no less vulnerable to heat and UV radiation then any other virus is. Slower growth in south america and Australia would seem to support this train of thought.
