It wasn't continued. It will still take place March 26 at 10:30 AM. It will just be over the phone. You have to actually read the document rather than making assumptions.

@AnOminous, @SoapQueen1, and @Beetus Knuckles, the fact that this one wasn't continued suggests that the trustee is interested in getting into this case, yeah? Assuming the others that were supposed to be on the 26th were actually continued and not just moved to a phone call as well?

Edit: "When their case has been called, parties should take their phone off mute and speak loudly into the telephone as the trustee is making an audio recording of the meeting"

Oh fuck yeah.

Do they record the phone meetings and let joe public to request a copy the same way they promised to with the in person meetings?

Yes, unless for some reason what's actually happening on paper is contrary to reality, which sometimes happens. I think just blowing this off will lead to a nearly immediate motion to dismiss, which will be swiftly granted without nearly immediate explanation.

He really shouldn't have blown off that original hearing. It might have gone uneventfully. Now he's got everyone's attention.

I assume he'll take the call and pretend it's a bad line or something and try and reschedule for a later time.

I don't know. It seems like the amount of boomer face has already increased as well lately.

Phil is really, really bad at concealing his stress. He rocks back and forth, sighs like Chris, and reacts angrily to nothing faster. It's not always as bad as those times when he's tweaking so hard it looks like his chair is about to take flight but it's pretty bad.

do you guys think this was discussed with him before it was filed

could rekeita law be the guy to stream it @Null

but I forsee a fan, posing as a detractor, will fuck this up

I'm sure Lionel Hutz gave him the breakdown of how it USUALLY goes for straightforward affairs... But, knowing how he interacts in person, he's probably just nodding his head, looking for shtreem chat, saying "mmhmm", and wobbling a bit. And then when he had mentally checked out (which was 3 minutes after waking up, to be honest) she likely said that his was more of a unique situation and that he's going to have a few more/different steps.

None of which matters, because he's done nothing wrong and everything correct.

One thing that was apparent in DSP's bankruptcy debunking stream is that DSP absolutely heard what he wanted to hear.

DSP also seemed offended that he would be put on a "payment plan" if he got switched from Chapter 7 to 13 (his own air quotes), but that is a separate issue.

One of my favorite parts was when DSP claimed that the lawyer said "well the documents will be public, but DA TROLLS shouldn't have access to them." Yes, the lawyer said that people shouldn't have access to public information. What does "shouldn't" mean in this context? The information is either public or it's not.

Then again, that was probably just DSP pigsplaning again why his public information shouldn't have been found. "Nobody in my loyal audience actually cares about that stuff; only the trolls dood!" DSP then also claimed that hundreds of people were constantly hitting F5 for bankruptcy data when in reality it only takes one person to post it to this forum.
