Nope. Not at all. I have spent too much time dealing with their predecessor/prototype SJWs in the enviro movement to wonder. I know.
They are 1: mentally ill or broken, aimless people who were 2: Indoctrinated into a belief structure that controls their every aspect and 3: are fully willing to destroy everyone, family included, to live as they were taught.
If that means casting couches, thats fine. Lying under oath? Without a thought. Violence? If required. There is no depth you can name that these people will not go to if they are told to or just enjoy naturally. There is no conscience or morality there. To paraphrase a movie line, Just an empty hole they throw things into, hoping to feel something besides the pain of their existence.
And if you think thats overblown BS, Look at the worst parts of this very site and have another pass at your opinion. Because Funi has aspects from all of those worst parts working there.

I wouldn't say sellout, more so focused on self-interest. Sellout, is what Chuck Huber is doing. This seems like a dinner celebration with a studio that just so happened to hire Todd and Douglas. Todd isn't trying to appease the kickvic side, he is just well taking work he can get at this time.

It looks shitty on the outside yeah but they are both still technically employees of Funimation. Todd for his part is probably trying to stay as neutral as possible because he wants to keep his job. We know that Todd still probably talks with Vic as well as other people. Same thing that JYB does. We have to be careful not to constantly throw people into camps and labels because it makes us look like autistic fucking idiots.

Todd was accused of date raping Jessie Pridemore. The more that people openly associate with him, the less they believe her. I see this as an absolute win.
You know who else supports Todd? Michele Specht. She liked a couple tweets from him in January. I guess she didn't appreciate that Jessie said she was pretty to her face and then made jokes behind her back about how old and ugly she looked in the leaked chat messages.

Todd is being treated well because this was never about purging the industry, nor about metoo crap. Todd being accused at about the same time as Vic was coincidental, and was never going to go anywhere. If Todd were one of the targets, Sabat wouldn't have threatened him into submission when he associated with BHBH. Had Sabat not decided to seize the opportunity to throw Vic out, neither HanLeia nor Marzgurl's tweets would have done a single thing (that asumes MG's tweet wasn't prompted by an inside source to make it look more authentic, either), This is and always has been solely about destroying Vic. That's why Huber can tapdance back and forth as long as he never fully sticks to Vic's side without getting wrecked himself. That's why Nadolny could get back in Sabat's good graces as long as she shut her trap, and that's possibly why Justin Cook got a sudden bump in con invites when he allegedly shut up.
Look at Niosi, who did the ultimate sin of admitting to everything - he was dropped from Nintendo games for breaking his NDA, and then...nothing. Todd got harassed by Monica early on for her 'safety' when he was still openly associating with BHBH. Langdon got heat for about a weekend when he spoke positively of Vic, and then it cooled down when he stopped talking about it. Sean Schemmel keeps getting stories bubbling up and even got caught saying 'fag' over and over, and literally nothing has happened to him.
If this were a #metoo movement, a purge, or even a WokeWave, someone other than Vic would be hit by this in a serious manner. It's not, because the one in charge is Sabat, and he couldn't care less about woke stuff. Endless evidence exists to show this, despite him and everyone else trying to cover it up to look consistent. I don't even doubt Monica slapped down that girl who had a problem with Dragonball, because this new 'believe women', 'we need more strong women', 'victim sisters together' etc nonsense is all fake and she put it on because it's the mask that works best for trying to take Vic down with. (see: Destroy A Man Now)
Also, I think the 'slow down' has hit because the actual slow down of the lawsuit hit back in November, and it's just taken this long for people to get sick of seeing the same arguments bounced around back and forth. Until we see MoRon and the others' responses to Vic's appeals, there's just not enough material to bring up new conversation topics. It's as I've said many times, weebwars isn't like a normal 'gate' that has some ever evolving and pushing movement. It completely tracks Vic and the lawsuit. Without those, the 'war' just putters out into nothing. Whether Vic wins or loses, when the saga of his lawsuit and #iswv concludes, so will weebwars.

Not coincidental, opportunistic. She used Vic's situation to tell her story about Todd. You have to read halfway through it before it's apparent that the unnamed voice actor who she says sexually assaulted her while she was passed out isn't Vic.
