i just honestly can't believe this guy has actual supporters. blows my mind that anyone would pay him money, let alone 100k a year

Not sure if anyone's pointed this out but,

Phil MASSIVELY understated the cost of his monthly subscriptions. He said he spends about $50-$60 per year on his online gaming memberships.

Lets take a closer look at that:
Xbox Live: $9.99 x 12 months = $119.99
PSN: $9.99 x 12 months = $119.99
....do I need to go on?
Note: He barely goes onlins because he's too much of a coward to face other people.

So not only did he FLAT OUT LIE to the judge, but he also showed the entire world that he makes terrible financial decisions by paying for memberships he barely uses.
you can get PSN subs for $40 a year

He has a stable of a dozen actual fans at any given time and everyone else is one breed of autist or another getting jollies from throwing him quarters.

you're looking at it as if he payed 1 month at a time, someone like phil would pay 1 year at a time, which is around 60$ per service other than Nintendo which is much less

Please don't spread false information.
Subscriptions have different durations. One month is the most expensive so you cannot simply multiply by 12.

Xbox live 1 year = 50£
PSN 1 year = 50£

The moment Rochelle said that she's not sure if the caller is from Citi Bank is clear that Phil told her that he's a detractor after he heard what the guy from Citi Bank was asking.

It's faint, but if you listen to one of the dozens of inevitable videos, you can hear DSP faintly in the background whisper to her that he didn't think that was a creditor, so she was following up for him.

Second, I don't know how much info Paypal statements reveal? Do they show who is sending him the money? Phil claims anyone who tips him is safe if they type 'anonymous' or use a different name.
Paypal reveals everything. This same issue cause a stir some time ago because some twitch thot revealed that she sometimes looks up her donators on facebook and stalks them. She exposed that a lot of her donators are old rich men with families. really fucking weird from multiple angles, but yeah. Lets hope the court keeps their identities a secret. Best advice is to donate with a card or use a fake paypal profile

Think Phil might feel it went bad for him, if it went well you know he would have been on stream gloating about getting one over on the tractors.

Nancy's not stupid, Phil claimed his entire phone, games, and internet are ALL business.

I think Nancy could tell there was something off about that troll questioner. She commented repeatedly that he didn't seem to know what the purpose of the questioning was.

lol he is admitting that he knows the 341 got streamed

He didn't visibly melt down and more or less did okay. It won't be until any paper gets filed that we know how badly he actually did. People complained the trustee didn't grill him hard enough but she is only interested in whatever she needs to file whatever she's going to file, if anything.

Similarly the creditors (the real creditors) have nothing really to ask him and have nothing to gain by giving him an opportunity to shore up his bullshit tales.
