Breasts have this because of "cups" (granted, there is a lot of nuance lost there but it's a good start) and even gays and bottoms can conveniently refer to inch-based measurements of the cock- unfortunately, width is left by the wayside) but the human buttocks is multifaceted and arguably, I would say, has far more variety than either of those two so we need empirical way of describing them.
Ideally, we need a measurement system for length (end-of-cheek to end-of-cheek), height (top-to-bottom of cheeks), and width (end of buttocks from end-to-end from a profile shot)
Simply saying he has a "bubble butt" or she has a "C-cup" butt is not enough. We need a new paradigm.
