Okay so the Doctor created these things as we saw waaay back when out of unwilling troons and they hated him enough to attack him and eat his nose.
Supposedly he did this to impress his masters and earn a place among them.
But the Masters are the stitched together troon monsters that he created.
Who are also us? Maybe?

Whelp, congrats Bria, you've created something so confusing and so up its own ass that even Warhol would cringe.
Also I doubt it was on purpose but Bria showing the bad guys as people who have mutilated their own bodies to satisfy their fetishes seems a taaaaad hypocritical. Or at least completely lacking in self awareness.
And a rip off of Hellraiser.

Oh good, another larger-scope villain. What’s their plan? What’s their aim? No one knows, but they’re pretty smug about it. Now we’ll get a couple of pages where this character says vague “just as planned” things, failing to progress the plot before another creepy character shows up.

Just wrap it up. It was all a dream.

Nice try, Bria, but when it comes to body horror you're no Ashley Cope.

Edit: it looks silly to me and I think it's because this Frankenpenis made of living bodies is full of smiling people and it's all overtly sexual for no good reason. I highlighted Ashley Cope because I love her comic but Bria could have taken inspiration from any number of artists, it's Junji Ito's whole schtick, he's the master of it.

I'd tell Bria to study these guys and see what works but she's so inept at comics she'd probably just straight plagerize them.
