Nancy's not risking her fucking job to get an extra grand from DSP.

He's chump change. Other people on the cases had MILLIONS in assets. Phil's fucking dirt.

Also she gets X much of a chapter 13, I believe.

But she's not gonna rubber stamp Phil's dumb shit if theres any chance it derails her cushy job.

if its 6 months of paypal statements prior to the one he filed Nancy is gonna see $2000 for the jasper reveal.

She'll also see the $9000 July expenses and where that went. She wants 6 months prior to filing, because the last 2 months aren't relevant to the Chapter 7. If he goes to Chapter 13, that would be different.

As for PayPal history, there is a lot of information in the statements. It isn't like a simple bank statement. It has names, addresses, emails, comments... potentially even the message that was sent during the tip. Its a gold mine.

If he hides his tip income then he has to explain where money comes from that appears on his taxes. He would have to fudge the numbers on his taxes and the filing.

Manipulating financial information across multiple sources? Phil is way too much of an idiot to do this. He doesn't file his own taxes so he wouldn't even know what to fudge. He doesn't understand the difference between gross income and net income. He doesn't even know what kind of business he has. The only thing he seems to understand is that when he spends money, its a business expense.

He just going to hand over his documents as-is and try to pigsplain why everything is an expense and how his tax attorney told him what he does is fine.

I rolled back to the beginning of the stream and I know it's going to be a good one when Nick is already laughing at Phil Paul's 'I am present.'

Listening to Rekieta listen to the hearing, and @nohandsboi gave the trustee a name with spelling (it was muted on the one Rekieta is listening to), so either they're legit, or they're willing to risk that they can't be tracked down. Still haven't heard anything from them directly, though, as they've not been on since last Thursday/early Friday.

Sucks for him since we can get a court recorded audio that probably won't censor his name.

Ugh....this maybe creditor had his shit wrong. Phil listed his income after business expenses as around $5000. In the "income and expenses" filing, he listed his income correctly. Man, missed opportunity here.
Yeah, but I think Nancy took care of the $5000 expenses before. Phil's fucked.
