If she lets it pass, DSP's creditors have 60 days to file objections to the discharge of debt, which is unlikely. The next main event regarding DSP is MidFirst's court hearing on April 10, which may let them pursue DSP for the deficiency of about $50k on his CT mortgage despite the bankruptcy.
